This facility is an imbaressment to the city of Pickens. The landscaping is completely washed away in the front along rte.8.
The black piping for watering is completly exposed with no mulch whatsoever and has been for 2 or 3 years.

Sat in drive thru over an hour! Want return!
Amelia B did a great job taking our order and making sure it was correct. Tiffany the manager for the evening checked in on us multiple times and made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed.

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has a mixed reputation at its Pickens location. Many customers appreciate the good food, like the 4 piece finger meal, but there are frequent complaints about incorrect orders. One diner noted a disappointing experience with a Cobb salad that was missing key ingredients. Another customer found the boneless wings lacking in substance, describing them as crumbs rather than chicken pieces. Despite these issues, the staff are often praised for being nice and considerate. However, repeated mistakes with orders have left some diners frustrated, as multiple visits resulted in missing items.
