The cookies and ice cream sandwiches that we got were good. I removed stars for unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. When we walked in to the store nobody was present, then a lady came out from the back room and asked if we were ready to order. It was our first time so we were still exploring the menu and she just stood there staring at us. It was very awkward. No suggestions or advice on the menu was provided. I would go to the ice cream place next door.
I stopped by for the first time last night, Nov 11th, and it was around 10:30 pm. I was surprised by how small the store actually is, barely enough room to fit ten people in, as there were already that many when I arrived. I was disappointed to discover there was no room to sit down inside, and the store seemed to be understaffed, There were only two employees working that I saw. Cookies are pretty good but not worth the rude customer service. Definitely don’t get them delivered. They will contract it out and it won’t get delivered. When you call they acknowledge that it happens sometimes that the drivers just don’t show up. Guess that is just acceptable for them.
