I ordered 12 mini cookies at 7:30pm of all four varieties. I would presume would be a time that fresh ones would be made after dinner time. They were all overcooked by about 2-3 minutes and were very crunchy. The snickerdoodle had an awful bitter taste which was apparent of a bad batch. Overall, it was WAY too expensive to be worth such a bad batch. I will not be going back.

Cookies are pretty good but not worth the rude customer service. Definitely don’t get them delivered. They will contract it out and it won’t get delivered. When you call they acknowledge that it happens sometimes that the drivers just don’t show up. Guess that is just acceptable for them.
Was the absolute worst greeting I've ever been given, by any restaurant and that is including McDonald's, I am a full-time courier primarily with DoorDash. I simply walk into the closet sized bakery, there are eight people all shoulder to shoulder so without interrupting the cashier, I am holding my phone visible to them showing the name of "MY" customer. I have thousands of orders and still hold a 4.98 rating I hold my job seriously, I didn't interrupt the person in front of me ordering, nor the cashier which was obviously already irritable, not my fault, didn't have to say anything to me glance up glance back down, then I get greeted with you don't have to be doing all that nonsense behind me, or however it was quoted, regardless I did inform my customer of the interaction and me personally I wouldn't go back but it is my job too. And since I don't decline any orders, I will most likely be having to come back. And hopefully next time greeted it would be much better with manners. Till next time.

Ordered at 10:45pm, estimated delivery 1:25am. If that wasn't bad enough they canceled the order once they closed at 1am so we stayed up waiting for nothing. Just don't take the order if you have no intention of making it.
We placed a doordash delivery at 10:45 and were not told it was canceled until 1 AM when the store closed. I had even called customer service and they had given us an estimated delivery time of 1:25 at about 12:45. It was a little excessive to have to wait over two hours for a delivery and then have it be cancelled because they closed.

The place is takeout or delivery ONLY. The pricing is a bit much but what isn't these days? The taste is worth it in my opinion. I've never had any issues with staff!

The cookies and ice cream sandwiches that we got were good. I removed stars for unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. When we walked in to the store nobody was present, then a lady came out from the back room and asked if we were ready to order. It was our first time so we were still exploring the menu and she just stood there staring at us. It was very awkward. No suggestions or advice on the menu was provided. I would go to the ice cream place next door.

I stopped by for the first time last night, Nov 11th, and it was around 10:30 pm. I was surprised by how small the store actually is, barely enough room to fit ten people in, as there were already that many when I arrived. I was disappointed to discover there was no room to sit down inside, and the store seemed to be understaffed, There were only two employees working that I saw. Waited 10-15 minutes to place an order, and it was ready in 2 minutes. I ordered the deluxe combo of two cookies and a drink. Much to my surprise, the cookies were large, hot, delicious, and gooey. The best thing about this place is that they are open till 3 am on the weekend and 1 am through the week. The cookies are absolutely worth the wait, and I look forward to another visit to try some of their ice cream choices.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheel chair access.
The ginger guy here with the glasses (who may be on the spectrum so I’m trying to be nice) has the worst attitude of any employee post pandemic hiring I’ve ever seen.
