We finished a five day trip to Greenville by having dinner at Soby's. It was packed on a Friday night serving up their "reimagined" Southern Fare.
Ordinarily, I would dive in and tell you about all the great food, instead I want to give props to the two line cooks working the Grill and Sautée stations in the kitchen. Our table on the second level looked right down the back (cooking) line.

Just love our Sunday brunch dates! The food and the atmosphere is the best. The mimosas are great too! Retz is the best!
