“How have I just now discovered this place???? I am Colombian and have tried many empanadas from many places, and these are top tier. The beef lemon empanada is phenomenal. Not only was the food delicious, the place was so clean and cute and the staff was very friendly. They also have a ton of delicious dipping sauce options for the empanadas. I will definitely be coming back and highly urge you to try this hidden gem!!!“

“Overall, dinner was fantastic! We were staying at the Hyatt and decided to take advantage of the restaurant week menu. We both chose to have the pasta dishes for our entree, and they were to cooked to perfection. Mine came with a bolognese sauce that was delicious. “Lovely dining area, great atmosphere. Was greeted upon entering and we were amazed at the beautiful cakes in the stand. The breakfast omelet and potatoes were fresh and the chocolate chip pancakes were perfect. Of course, we ordered a slice of carrot cake and peanut butter cake to go. I am highly impressed with how this situation and we were handled. Shout out to Chris who is over 13 stores and made sure this became a teaching moment and a moment to sit down face to face with everyone involved. If only we could do this in the world we would be in a better place as the human race. Panera will not be losing us as customers and I'm sure all the stores he is over will find themselves better because of his leadership. I decided to keep the original review because how a company handle issues shows character and builds trust for the brand

THIS is what passes for “customer service” at Panera Bread on Woodruff Rd????

My husband walked in to pick up a PREPAID order of bagels for his job.This was an order he stepped in to grab because someone else couldn’t, and somehow ended up being treated like a suspect instead of a customer.
And let’s be very clear about how this unfolded:
The first employee he spoke to had no issue at all.
He gave the name, and everything was moving exactly as it should.
Then an older white female stepped in and suddenly everything changed.
Suddenly he was a “scammer.”
Suddenly he needed to “call the person who ordered it.”
Suddenly the proof in his hand wasn’t enough.
Same MAN DRESSED IN A SHIRT WITH THE COMPANY LOGO. Same order. Same proof.
Different reaction.

This handome, beautiful spirited, kind BLACK AND PUERTO RICAN man who always wants the best for everyone is a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, grandson, friend, mentor, leader, a man of God, and a pastor. His reputation of service to others is phenomenal! He is the kind of man who speaks to everyone, holds doors for others, and will help a stranger without hesitation.
And even in that moment of being profiled over something already PAID FOR he did not get loud, did not get rude, did not become angry( how yall LOVE TO STEREOTYPE PEOPLE OF COLOR)

He bit his tongue! Stayed calm! Showed restraint!
And waited while your employee decided whether he was “worthy” of receiving an order that was already paid for!!!!

That right there is the problem.
Because when a man can do EVERYTHING right, come prepared, be respectful, be calm and YET STILL be treated like he doesn’t belong...
That’s not confusion.
That’s not policy.
That’s bias! That’s profiling! That’s racism!

Panera Bread please explain to us why did one employee see a customer, and another see a threat?
What kind of environment allows that kind of bias to show up so comfortably?
And what are you going to do to make sure this doesn’t keep happening?
Because today it was my husband a man who chose grace when he didn’t have to!
But let’s be clear 🗣🎙 HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN PUT IN THAT POSITION TO BEGIN WITH!

DO BETTER! BecAUSE HE DESERVES BETTER! WE ALL DO!

“I visited Vintage Coffee Cafe Greenville for the first time this past week while my sister was visiting. We had a wonderful time together. Our food and beverages were delicious and expertly prepared. Looking forward to more visits at this lovely place!“

“This is a nice quiet location! The layout is slightly different that other stores but it’s still cozy and comfortable.
The restrooms are clean and spacious. Service was slightly delayed, they didn’t have enough employees probably,
But food was still served within a reasonable amount of time and it was delicious.“

“I've never had the food, due to allergies, but the coffee and tea selections are always delicious!
The service is always wonderful, it's always quiet in the dining room when we go that route, and I've never chosen a bad drink.
The spiced vanilla Chai, in any temperature, is my favorite! Sometimes I add a shot of espresso, which could horribly skew the flavor (esp for these post covid taste buds), if the tea were weak or the espresso bad, but they remain balanced and delicious, which is especially impressive to me.

Dietary restrictions: There are no food options for those with celiac, but that's pretty much anywhere.
There are milk options for drinks, although I did see that the Chai powder does have dairy, so you can't really avoid cow's milk there.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entire front of the building is flat to the parking lot, so even if the handicap parking is taken (so frustrating, I know) it's all easily navigable to get inside. The inside has tables that are spread out and easily navigable, as well, but I'm not positive how easy it would be if the tables were all full and chairs were pulled out. I will try to be a bit more cognizant of that next time. I usually am, because of my son, but I've never seen all of the tables full at once to register a maybe issue, either.“
