“Total yum experience!! Super fun and cute to place your order at the outdoor yellow bus. After you order and you tell them if you prefer to sit inside or outside, they tell you which table # is yours. The tables are clearly numbered. I chose inside. It was comfortable, great Christmas music was playing , and the service was pleasant and prompt. But, the food! The food was the star!! I had the blueberry with goat cheese, walnuts, mixed greens and balsamic reduction crepe. It was awesome. Like a salad inside of a delicious crepe. Also had the lemon zest, lemon juice and whipped cream crepe. I am not here long so likely won’t return before I leave, but I would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone!! They close at 3, so be sure to arrive prior.“

“I have lived in many cities in the US with large Vietnamese populations offering some amazing Vietnamese restaurants. This little gem in a small town in South Carolina is making some HEAVENLY pho broth. Their beef, chicken and veggie broth are ALL stunning, and the owners are super kind, engaging and helpful. I had my pho without noddles and they kindly loaded it up with fresh carrots, cabbage and bean sprouts to offer the same texture so I wasn’t missing out. Also, their housemade chili oil is a taste of pure bliss. If I lived here I would visit this place weekly, but I am only in town for a few days. However, the next time I come back to visit my friends in the area I will be back every day.“

“Love this local coffee house and their commitment to the community. Every beverage I have ordered is perfection. Coffee is so very smooth. The vibe of this place is warm and inviting. Coffee beans roasted in house are perfect for my at home brew when I can’t make it in. TR is lucky to have this gem.“

“Local bakery/deli that excels at breakfast in particular. A short trek off the main drag, but easily walkable. Not infrequently less of a wait for higher quality food than a lot of places in Travellers Rest. Lots of eclectic outdoor seating with plenty of room for larger parties to stretch out. Great for take away baked goods and sandwiches as well.“

“DON'T ORDER THE CHICKEN AND EGG SANDWICH! My rating is for the staff - there is not a fraction of a star small enough to rate the Chicken and Egg Sandwich. Staff are great. There was an issue in one of the toilets and they immediately addressed it. That was good. The Coffee, of course, was predictably good. My issue is with the Chicken and Egg Breakfast Sandwich. It's like an oversized soggy Chicken McNugget. The inside texture is like some kind of modified rubber. When you look at the cross section of the chicken there is kind of a semi-translucent gelatinous texture - no signs of actual chicken. It looks the result of rendering chicken carcasses blended with stabilizers and binders. Being a cheap soul - of course, I finished it (I was really hungry- but it was not easy.) But next time I would rather go hungry. Many of their sandwich options are quite tasty - so you still have options. Bon Appetit!“
