Everyone must wear gloves to serve themselves at the buffet and there are so many options to choose from.Very clean, affordable and the staff was great.Best collard greens i have ever had! “I get food delivered a lot off here from doordash probably for more than a year now off and on. Every single time is always good. The food is so good and you you get good size portions. It definitely hits the spot every time I get a craving for some real food.“
“Food was absolutely DELICIOUS! And I mean EVERYTHING!! ZERO complaints whatsoever about the quality and taste of the food. My only gripe is the portions need to be more compatible with the prices and a beverage should come included with a meal, not extra. I literally asked for a little more mac & cheese which he willingly obliged. I did notice those who dined in had a considerable amount more food on their plates than our carry-out plates. Will definitely try them again to give them the opportunity to earn 5-stars! Our meal selections were: meatloaf, fried fish, mac & cheese, cabbage, okra, cornbread and roll. The staff were former classmates of mine. VERY friendly, professional and welcoming. Would have loved if the owner of the establishment had come out to greet and meet the people if he/she were there. That would've definitely been a nice touch.“
“Idk who is in that kitchen but I am so thankful for those hands because baby! That’s some good food. Not a huge buffet person, but man, I love the collard greens, baked chicken, mac n cheese, broccoli casserole, chicken salad and potato salad!!!! ?????? I love that the staff keeps the stations clean, they’re constantly checking temperatures of the food. My children LOVE eating here and are very picky eaters. The “giggly jello” is their favorite ?“
“I usually stop on my way home from work, so I miss all the soul food meals. The after 10pm menu is just as good. The young lady hostess is always very friendly. I am going to make it my business to stop by on my day off (before 10pm) to sample the rest of the menu. Lois H.“
“Very good burgers and fries. A solid takeout option for us. Fries were nicely seasoned and burgers had good flavor. The chicken sandwich was tasty too, very fresh. A nice touch was that the insides of the buns were grilled. I’m not sure what kind of ketchup they use, but it tastes great. Folks were great too. The way they set up their burgers and sandwiches with lettuce and tomato in a separate section was really helpful. Will definitely be back on a Sunday to try their soul food.“
“One of the best restaurants for chicken of any kind; it's always tender and juicy. Sides are also delicious. And the staff is very helpful and attentive. The Chicken Pot Pie is one of my favorites -- and I usually take one home for another meal.“
