“One of the best dining experiences we have ever had. The atmosphere is wonderful. We started with an appetizer of the thick cut bacon which was to die for. Followed up by the New York Strip which was cooked to perfection, and possibly the most flavorful steak I’d ever eaten. We usually do not get desert, but everything so far was so delicious that we could not pass it up. We tried the white chocolate banana cream pie and the butter cake, and an espresso martini. OMG is all I can think to say. Stefan was our waiter, and he was amazing with his detailed descriptions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, and will hopefully be waited on by Stefan again.“

“The Firebirds Restaurant in Greenville, SC offers excellent food at reasonable prices for such an upscale restaurant. The staff performance is excellent for this restaurant.
The General Manager, Donte Youmans, manages an extremely well run and organized restaurant. The wait staff provides prompt and friendly service, and are very helpful to the patrons.
I feel it is a very clean restaurant, and the casual atmosphere of the restaurant is outstanding.
I highly recommend this restaurant to the Greenville, SC community and visitors.

“Great steaks and nice atmosphere.“

“Valentines Day and we ordered the advertised meal for 2......food was good but that's it. First the waitress was scarcely ever there, supposed to be a easy 4 step meal right......nope! Meal was so out of order! Salad didn't show till after the entrée and my husband's plate had 2 potatoes (one was supposed to be mine) on his plate and mine had nothing but a piece of fish. How does something SO easy get so screwed up?! Oh, and the waitress said the manager was coming to speak to us and that never happened ......Then gave us an Aarp discount!!! Seriously?! Not even there yet!! So let's just add insult to injury.....needless to say after all these years, we won't be back!!“

“I had an amazing experience at Texas de Brazil. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt elegant and welcoming, perfect for a special night out. The service inside the restaurant was exceptional—attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The continuous tableside service of perfectly cooked meats was impressive, with a great variety and rich flavors in every cut. The salad bar was beautifully presented, fresh, and offered plenty of high-quality options. One thing that could be improved was the experience at the front desk. The hostess seemed a bit impatient, especially with children. We asked for a high chair and were told there weren’t any available, but later noticed that there actually were. That part felt a little dismissive and could have been handled better. Overall, everything else was well-organized, and the experience still felt upscale and worth it. I would recommend it for date nights or special occasions, and I would definitely return.“
