“Went here for date night. Our waitress was very friendly & knowledgeable. Everything we ordered was super tasty especially the cheese curds!! Local bears were fantastic as well. We'll definitely be back. You can do happy hour anywhere within the restaurant too“

“One of the best dining experiences we have ever had. The atmosphere is wonderful. We started with an appetizer of the thick cut bacon which was to die for. Followed up by the New York Strip which was cooked to perfection, and possibly the most flavorful steak I’d ever eaten. We usually do not get desert, but everything so far was so delicious that we could not pass it up. We tried the white chocolate banana cream pie and the butter cake, and an espresso martini. OMG is all I can think to say. Stefan was our waiter, and he was amazing with his detailed descriptions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, and will hopefully be waited on by Stefan again.“

“My hamburger steak was so seasoned I couldn't eat it, my granddaughter chicken nuggets was so salty she didn't want to eat them either, the ribeye was on the thin side and over cooked asked for medium. Service was on point and it was Father's Day as well and she did phenomenal. We waited for hour for table and there was no wiggle room to be had. Wall to wall people and very loud but we had a good time.“

“Valentines Day and we ordered the advertised meal for 2......food was good but that's it. First the waitress was scarcely ever there, supposed to be a easy 4 step meal right......nope! Meal was so out of order! Salad didn't show till after the entrée and my husband's plate had 2 potatoes (one was supposed to be mine) on his plate and mine had nothing but a piece of fish. How does something SO easy get so screwed up?! Oh, and the waitress said the manager was coming to speak to us and that never happened ......Then gave us an Aarp discount!!! Seriously?! Not even there yet!! So let's just add insult to injury.....needless to say after all these years, we won't be back!!“

“We had a wonderful experience celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary at Firebirds. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The team surprised us with a complimentary dessert and a thoughtful handwritten anniversary card signed by the entire team. It was such a kind gesture that made our evening even more special. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and celebrated. We truly appreciate your hospitality and will definitely be back!“
