“Best hidden gem in Anderson. Easily overlooked bc the neighboring businesses often fail, this quaint little restaurant is a go-to when im wanting a guaranteed great meal for an inexpensive price. The service is fast and friendly, the dining area is homey and clean- my favorite qualities of Fuji express are the immaculate and quick drive thru option, stopping in to see the gorgeous houseplants they nurture in the lobby, the hibachi plate w sweet carrots that always hit the spot, and sweet tea they have seemingly perfected for us country folx 😉 love this place more than any other restaurant in town!“

“I don’t typically leave reviews when something is wrong, but I ordered to go food, got home and realized they gave me the wrong side. I called the restaurant to see if I could come back and get the correct side and with no issue the manager said it would be waiting, which it was and threw in an extra cheesecake. Very professional very quick to make amends in that simple gesture will have us coming back sooner than later.“

“Great food and service. Anderson has 2 good sirloin steaks. Carsons and Arnold's. Carsons takes the prize because an 11 Oz feeds us both for less $! Keep it up sweet tea top 3 best in Anderson also. This has become one of my favorite places to eat in the last year or so. Steak is always tender“
