I called the restaurant to see if I could come back and get the correct side and with no issue the manager said it would be waiting, which it was and threw in an extra cheesecake. “I was staying at the hotel next door and fell asleep by accident after a long day. It was around 8:20 and almost every restaurant nearby was closing at 9 pm. I decided to walk over to Carson's to see if I could grab a quick dinner.

Ms Brigitte greeted me, and after asking if it was too late to eat dinner, she kindly said no and sat me down. I ordered the Filet Mignon with loaded baked potato and Caesar salad. I had lemon water and rolls with butter within a few seconds of being seated, and the salad came out quickly. It was a good size, and the house made Caesar dressing was fresh and delicious. The steak came out soon thereafter, and it was cooked to perfection. It was soft and delicious - melt in your mouth - and the baked potato was loaded up with sour cream, bacon, cheese and was piping hot. My server checked on me multiple times, topped off my water, and made sure everything was perfect.
