“The hostess was very friendly and showed us to the bar area to wait for the rest of our party. The bartender attended to us quickly and continued to check on us and bring more snacks to munch on. Once the party arrived and we were seated, the waiter (Michael) attended to our every need. By recommending the best parts of the menu and going through the specials, you could tell you were in good hands. He truly is a master in his work! We started with the seafood tower, which was amazing! This restaurant is known for their steaks and boy did they deliver. ?The only negative is that as I was coming out of the bathroom, I bumped into the waitress and got some balsalmic/oil mix from the bread dip on my shirt. She offered a towel to help me clean it, which really helped. Unfortunately, the shirt is too stained and will be tossed. The odds of this happening again are extremely low, so I hope this doesn't deter you.Rick's is my #1 choice when I visit Greenville on business. I will be sure to return for many years to come.“

“The one bartender is God awful. Horrible person and horrible person skills. Have worked in restaurants over 20 years including bar and kitchen manager experience and all he had was excuses on why it took so long which was over an hour for 2 dishes Didn't check on us other than maybe once and to tell us down a server. Until we walked out over an hour into service was when he immediately cared and proceeded to follow us and tell us many cuss words and came at my husband. he didn't care about anything super disrespectful and awful experience. Wow youre down a server sorry not our problem and not a reason for horrible service“

“My husband and I had dinner here on a Saturday night and had a great experience. I am a great cook and have been super disappointed with every restaurant we've tried in Greenville and Spartanburg lately. I expect quality and excellence when I dine because I can hold my own. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was delicious and fresh. I have many food sensitivities and my body is a quality snob...it won't do cruddy oils or low quality ingredients. And to be honest, my body can tell when the staff is passionate and into their work or is just slapping matter onto a plate to get home as soon as their shift is over. I'm very surprised the place was so empty! So if you're looking for a truly good meal, give it a try. We will be back for sure.“

“The food was out of this world food! My group of four has been raving about this meal for days!!!! The service was also fantastic. They brought us waters right when we sat down and our drinks stayed filled and our empty plates were quickly cleared the entire time. We all got the house salad as a side and it was terrific. The flavor of citrus and zest was mouth watering. The cranberry rice is to die for!!! I got the chicken tolsha (i think) and OMG i can not stop thinking about it! Everyone in my party LOVED their dishes. We all shared two appetizers. One was an eggplant dip and the other a cucumber cream dip. The eggplant dip was to die for and I need the recipe ASAP! We all shared the house ice cream as a dessert and it was so good and the perfect treat to end the meal on. I can not wait to go back to try a cocktail next time as I have high hopes since the food was so good.“

“This was our first time dining here. We went for a special occasion and discovered in my opinion one of the finest restaurants that is a true experience. The service was beyond a fault but not pretentious.John was our “experience coordinator”. He was so much more than a server, and very professional and friendly. The food was one of the finest meals out in my four years in Greenville. It was a bit noisy because of an office party but not overwhelming. The ambience reminds me of the Palm Steakhouse in NYC, minus the charyactatures on the walls. Just beautiful and comfortable.Vimal, the manager is attention to detail on steroids with a great personality and so friendly and welcoming.“

“Simple but fancy/elegant place. I went with my mom & toddler. It was probably some of the BEST food I’ve ever eaten (you have to try the minestrone soup) & the chef was so cordial. He spoke to us before we left and made sure that we liked everything (we loved it) and he gave my toddler a lollipop too. We will definitely be back! The prices were reasonable and well worth it as well, I don’t think I’ve ever had such flavorful food for the price we paid ($50 for three people, & all of us ordered WAY too much food). So glad we tried this today!!!Kid-friendliness: It looked fancier than we had thought it would be… but they welcomed us with our toddler too. ☺️“

“We came for happy hour. Half off wine and whiskys (that are under $20). Service was very friendly. Ambiance was nice, but the men's restroom is a bit of a mess (at the time of posting, there was graffiti on the wall and the faucet was ripped out of the sink). It was chilly yesterday, but there is outside seating. I am sure that this place is hopping when it's nice outside. Cool spot to check out in DT Greenville.“
