I didn’t give 5 stars because of the hostess and management (Matt).Upon walking in the door, we were smiled at by a hostess who asked how many, then suggested a booth bc it was the best thing to “trap our kids in”. I let her know that they weren’t animals and didn’t need to be “trapped”. Standing beside her was another hostess and behind her was a manager. It started out reasonably noisy, then quickly Rose to a deafening level. While the food was decent, the deviled eggs were so salty they should have thrown in a drink with it, the bread felt like it was purchased from yesterday's Bakery, and my drink took way too long to arrive. Instead of just apologizing and getting on top of it, too many excuses were given for slow service. Not at all worth the price you pay.

I love Firebirds! The Philly cheesesteak eggrolls are my favorite appetizer. My steak is always cooked to perfection, and I'm not sure what they do to their mushrooms, but they are amazing! Great atmosphere and service as well.
