“My 91 year old mom and I had very enjoyable experience at Panera today. Ed took our order and was so nice and patient. Our food was delicious! There was a wonderful young man named Tray that was behind the counter where we picked up our food. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers! We truly felt valued!“
“Kelly, at the drive-thru, makes my afternoons. She is literally the sweetest woman. There have been so many times where I'll come to pick up my lunch order, and the line will be so long, so she'll have me drive around front where she'll personally bring it out to me, so that I don't have to wait in the long drive-thru line. I don't mind waiting at all! But she always goes the extra mile for me, which is so much appreciated. I love coming to see her and always hope she's at the window.“
“First time here at Panera Bread. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was so good. They do have a good selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches. They have a lot of good dessert options as well. The place is very clean and they do have outside seating as well. You can order at the kiosk, order your food on the app and have it brought to your table, or you can order at the counter. Great experience and definately will be back.“
“Panera on Haywood Road is one of my favorite places to stop for lunch. They have a great beverage selection, and there is always something refreshing to choose from. The customer service is consistently good, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
My absolute favorites are the broccoli and cheese soup and the Fuji salad. The soup is always rich, creamy, and full of flavor, while the Fuji salad is fresh and delicious every time. Whether you're looking for a quick bite, a cozy place to relax, or a meal with healthy options, this Panera is definitely worth a visit.“
“Haven't been to Panera Bread in a while. Went to this location today for a late lunch. Staff at register(Zai) is one of the friendliest, efficient and helpful staff I've come across in a long time. Food was great. Would highly recommend.“
