“A lot has changed in 2 years (when I thought everything was so nice and gave 5 stars). The manager is nice and engages with us. The staff treat us like they have never seen us before. If they make a mistake , there is no “sorry”. There is no “hello, how are you”. The employees never smile. It’s a lot like going to a MacDonalds where no customer expects to feel appreciated. Yet, there is the pop up on my phone asking that I add a tip. For what, exceptional service?“

“This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I'm really happy with it. It's one of the smallest stores I've seen, but I'm always getting coffee to go, so it doesn't affect me. What I really like is seeing the same baristas all the time; so many friendly faces, polite, and sincere. I hope they're getting paid well (I give a $2 tip on every single drink) and getting proper time off (not overworked). Thanks, all! You are appreciated!“

“I usually have the BEST experience here, but this morning was beyond terrible! Victoria (drive -thru) is always so rude! Today I asked for a bag for my breakfast sandwich and instead of her handing me my drink she leaves it sitting outside of the window and a bug was flying around the cup. When she came back with the bag I asked if the drink could be remade due to a bug flying around it. Her demeanor let me know everything I needed to know!! She was annoyed with me , but my drink was left outside of the window! Get this, she took her name badge off , but I already had seen it . That lets me know she knew she was wrong! I immediately called to speak with a manager , but of course NO answer….“
“I wanted to recognize the barista at this location. I went through the drive-through around 850 on April 30 and realized that I had ordered to the wrong location. I am tired and stressed mama traveling with a toddler and a dog and the barista was so kind and provided excellent customer service by making my drink right there at the window and providing a pup cup. I really appreciate the gesture and it made my morning. Thank you!!“

“Love my Starbucks app. With the outside temp soaring this past week I took advantsge of my app and ordered a Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade and picked it up at the drive thru at the Pelham Rd at I85 location. Oh so yummy and refreshing on a hot day. So nice to order it while sitting in a parking lot and then driving thru and giving your name and it's ready and the ticket is already paid so all you have to do is enjoy. Mice to ser a smiling face at the window also.“
“I work next door, but this Starbucks is basically a supporting character in my life story. They know my name. They know my usual order. And—most impressively—they notice when I change it (which I do often, because growth). Somehow they pivot flawlessly every time without hesitation or judgment, like highly trained caffeinated mind readers.
The staff is unfailingly kind, upbeat, and fast, even when the line is long and the espresso machines are clearly fighting for their lives. When I bring my daughter, they treat her like Starbucks royalty—smiles, patience, and genuine warmth included.
