“I’ve seen a lot of complaints about this store being for Pick Up only, especially that there’s no way to know that. However, you would have to try your hardest to NOT notice the multiple signs all over the windows, door, on the little sign outside… especially the huge lit up letters that say “PICK UP”. If you don’t realize you can’t order inside, that is not the employees fault. Also, just because there is a register there does not mean the employees should just let you order inside. They are not supposed to. They are only following rules. The register is only there to keep employees from getting yelled at by rude customers“
“I ordered a coffee traveler today and the cashier said it would be 30 minutes. It ended up being maybe 3-4 minutes longer and the sweet girl apologized and gave me a gift card for a free drink! She was also very helpful and packed up the traveler with lots of sugars and cream! It was nice to see someone that still has a good work ethic and I wanted to recognize good customer service!“
“The employees are top of the line they are always friendly and leave me with a smile on my face. They most times remember my order and my name. There are more employees that deserve recognition but my 2 best are Mallory and Cogan. The company should feel so blessed to have such bright friendly and polite young people working for this establishment. Oh and the coffee is life of course.“
“It’s not often I leave a review, but I had such a good experience at this starbucks today I just wanted to shout them out! I went through the drive-thru at around 9:30 and the barista who took my order was so pleasant, she went above and beyond to make my order perfect! I wish I caught her name! She then told me Mark would take my payment at the window, he was just as pleasant and I received my oder in lightning speed! Thank you guys for making my day better!“
“Employees are cool and helpful, they make the drinks pretty on point if you like the fancy boujee drinks. The atmosphere is on, it can be kinda dry. A lot of older people if that's your thing.Wheelchair accessibility: Avaliable, kinda tight parking. It's Augusta though so if you know you know.“
“This is one of the best starbucks that I have been to. Is the whole time I was in here. All I heard was the staff being extremely nice to every customer. I was also completely impressed by a young lady named Taj and how she spoke to everyone very nice young lady. Thank you. I will be coming back“

“This is the closest location to us and we are glad!! My husband and I are frequent customers, grabbing coffee a few times a week and the occasional bakery item. Employees are always helpful, nice, and fast! Our orders are always made promptly and correctly. Their app is a great thing as well - makes it so easy to order, customize, pay, earn points, use rewards, etc. Any time I have had an issue with my drink (which isn't often) they always remake it with a smile, which I greatly appreciate! If the drive-thru is backed up or I suspect it could be (woodruff road...it happens) I order on the app for in store pickup, and by the time I arrive, my order is always ready in the mobile pickup area waiting for me to grab and go!Very happy this location is so close by! Thank you to all of the hardworking baristas for continued excellent service!“

I only spend my money on the Starbucks inside the HT when Faith is working because I know that my frappe is going to slap soo hard. Her service is impeccable. “The service here was wonderful! The interior design was beautiful, and the drink was yummy. While ordering, my barista was very kind and actually had a conversation with me. I did not feel rushed and he was very helpful. My drink came out quickly. My friends order was made incorrectly but when she asked them to remake it they apologized and didn't give her any trouble. Her drink was remade correctly. We decided to sit outside but the tables were dirty so we asked for a rag to wipe them off. The barista said oh I'm so sorry I will be out in one minute to wipe them down. He was so kind and wiped our table for us overall satisfied with my experience“
“Ok my review is basically all about Katelyn, the great service she provided, and the amazing drink she made me! I came in today and couldn't figure out what I wanted, so I gave her a few descriptors of things I like. She customized a drink for me that was probably the best coffee I've ever had, all while single handedly working through a long line. She also wrote the recipe down for me so I could order it next time! She was all by herself but managed to whip out drinks SO FAST with a smile on her face the entire time!! My friend's matcha came out perfect too! She definitely deserves a raise or a promotion of some sort. Thank you Katelyn!“
“Love my Starbucks app. With the outside temp soaring this past week I took advantsge of my app and ordered a Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade and picked it up at the drive thru at the Pelham Rd at I85 location. Oh so yummy and refreshing on a hot day. So nice to order it while sitting in a parking lot and then driving thru and giving your name and it's ready and the ticket is already paid so all you have to do is enjoy. Mice to ser a smiling face at the window also.“
“Really kind service! I was having a bad day and having an argument with my hoa on the phone and while on hold I ordered a drink. I had to go outside to keep talking, when I came in the lady at the front (sorry I forgot her name I wish I could give her a shoutout for being so sweet ) left me a sweet message on the food I ordered. “Sorry you’re having a bad day- this will pass ?” Things like this really change people’s day! Very sweet girl and great reflection on the company! Hope I can catch her name next time she deserves credit.“
“Starbucks…I missed the tables and chairs inside! Tables were outside but it was raining and a thunderstorm approaching! Therefore, we have to wait in the building hall. My favorite cold drink was as usual cold and very good! Customer welcoming was as my dink…very cold! Please return the tables, the chairs and the customer oriented personnel … this place must be renamed. It is not a STARBUCKS any more . Pick-up counter was dirty although floor seemed to be better ( mopped ). My photos showed how lonely was that place (empty…of customer oriented employees and no customers talkings)“
“This is by far the best Starbucks I have been to and I’ve been to a lot.First off, the storefront was extremely clean and everything was displayed well. But more importantly the service I received was better than any other Starbucks I’ve been to period.The team there today was smart, kind, and fun all of which is a great thing. My order was taken with ease and it was delivered to me very quickly.As for the taste it is always the same no matter which Starbucks I may go to, but the service isn’t always the same.These ladies today deserve more than just a pat on the back. “What a lovely experience...This Starbucks has plenty of parking, tons of indoor seating, and friendly customer service. My cafe misto was made just right and the sugar plum cheese danish was delish.
