“I went through the drive thru on a rainy morning with a million things on my mind as I’m about to hit the road for a work trip. I order an Americano with a splash of cream and 3 pumps of classic syrup. I get to the window where I was greeted by Carly. Made my payment and was then handed a Hot drink. I remembered I didn’t ask for Iced. I was going to drive off because it was my mistake. Carly didn’t let that happen. She remade my drink happily. Thank you Carly for helping make my morning better!“

“This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I'm really happy with it. It's one of the smallest stores I've seen, but I'm always getting coffee to go, so it doesn't affect me. What I really like is seeing the same baristas all the time; so many friendly faces, polite, and sincere. “This location is always a pleasure to visit. I personally don't get anything but my daughter loves their refreshers. She also gets a croissant, muffin, or some other treat from time to time. They always write a little message on her cup that makes her smile and they are always so respectful & courteous. Everything is always so fresh & delicious. I highly recommend this location.“

“Love my Starbucks app. With the outside temp soaring this past week I took advantsge of my app and ordered a Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade and picked it up at the drive thru at the Pelham Rd at I85 location. Oh so yummy and refreshing on a hot day. So nice to order it while sitting in a parking lot and then driving thru and giving your name and it's ready and the ticket is already paid so all you have to do is enjoy. Mice to ser a smiling face at the window also.“

“I work next door, but this Starbucks is basically a supporting character in my life story. They know my name. They know my usual order. And—most impressively—they notice when I change it (which I do often, because growth). Somehow they pivot flawlessly every time without hesitation or judgment, like highly trained caffeinated mind readers.

The staff is unfailingly kind, upbeat, and fast, even when the line is long and the espresso machines are clearly fighting for their lives. When I bring my daughter, they treat her like Starbucks royalty—smiles, patience, and genuine warmth included.

Walking in feels less like ordering coffee and more like entering a place where you are known. If loyalty points were based on emotional attachment, I’d be unwell. Five stars, standing ovation, encore requested. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“
