“I went through the drive thru on a rainy morning with a million things on my mind as I’m about to hit the road for a work trip. I order an Americano with a splash of cream and 3 pumps of classic syrup. I get to the window where I was greeted by Carly. Made my payment and was then handed a Hot drink. I remembered I didn’t ask for Iced. I was going to drive off because it was my mistake. Carly didn’t let that happen. She remade my drink happily. Thank you Carly for helping make my morning better!“

“This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I'm really happy with it. It's one of the smallest stores I've seen, but I'm always getting coffee to go, so it doesn't affect me. What I really like is seeing the same baristas all the time; so many friendly faces, polite, and sincere. I hope they're getting paid well (I give a $2 tip on every single drink) and getting proper time off (not overworked). Thanks, all! You are appreciated!“

“Service from the cashier was subpar which results in my 3 star rating for service. Barista was amazing! He verified my drink order to ensure that it was perfect Our two drinks were excellent. The same Barista was the first to speak “Welcome In”. He anticipated our needs by providing the bathroom code. He was the highlight of our visit traveling through SC to VA. Didn’t get his name, but he’s the tall African American employee. We also purchased breakfast & 2 coffee mugs. Sadly the cashier needs more training on how to be pleasant and friendly.“

“Mariana was such a friendly barista. She was working alone this morning with a long line and kept her composure with a positive attitude. She needs a raise or extra help in the mornings! “We had an issue with another Starbucks (Haywood road) which tasted like hot water and frothed milk (we ordered a latte). We came here and they remade it for us! Super great customer service and they did a great job. Will be coming here from now on!“

“Love my Starbucks app. With the outside temp soaring this past week I took advantsge of my app and ordered a Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade and picked it up at the drive thru at the Pelham Rd at I85 location. Oh so yummy and refreshing on a hot day. So nice to order it while sitting in a parking lot and then driving thru and giving your name and it's ready and the ticket is already paid so all you have to do is enjoy. Mice to ser a smiling face at the window also.“
