I ordered an Apple Crisp Drink. Color was off (very dark) and when I took a sip it tasted burnt. It was so bitter I couldn’t drink it. My bf ordered a caramel frappe which was pretty good. I guess next time I’ll taste it before I drive away. The other times I’ve ordered there I’ve had no problem. Someone probably burnt the beans this time.
I was so happy with my regular Cafe Batistas Asher, Carson, and Naya but Fox (Michael) the manager, you are doing too much. You are telling the batistas it's extra money for a drop of milk because I get my drinks with no ice?! That's crazy ?!!! 1. I am one of your loyal customers! And I'm there literally everyday. 2.
