This is the closest location to us and we are glad!! My husband and I are frequent customers, grabbing coffee a few times a week and the occasional bakery item. Employees are always helpful, nice, and fast! Our orders are always made promptly and correctly. Their app is a great thing as well - makes it so easy to order, customize, pay, earn points, use rewards, etc. Any time I have had an issue with my drink (which isn't often) they always remake it with a smile, which I greatly appreciate! If the drive-thru is backed up or I suspect it could be (woodruff road...it happens) I order on the app for in store pickup, and by the time I arrive, my order is always ready in the mobile pickup area waiting for me to grab and go!Very happy this location is so close by! Thank you to all of the hardworking baristas for continued excellent service!

Worst service I’ve ever received. For some reason all the employees are incompetent and passive aggressive. I’ve ordered here multiple times and, every time there was a problem with my order. This location is great if you want a barely full cup of coffee or, a sandwich that takes 30 minutes to microwave. Do yourself a favor and go to 7 brew next door. You can get what you paid for and without an attitude.

Haven't indulged in delicious white chocolate mocha in awhile. Decided to indulge today. We went through the drive through. Got my mocha. Drove away headed home. Afterwards, was greatly disappointed that I received a venti regular "chocolate", not white chocolate (which I love!). Also tasted weak and a bit watery. Seems the quality of Starbucks has changed alot. Sad and disappointing.I'm done.

I've had nothing but horrible experiences here. They seem to be ran out of pumpkin spice EVERY week. Order more perhaps to fix this?I usually don't write reviews about Starbucks but I'm going to now.I came here this morning before going to work (I'm a healthcare professional) and I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a ham&Swiss croissant.The woman proceeds to tell me they are out of those, so I chose an apple croissant. Again, she tells me they're out of those too.So she suggested a chocolate croissant. I said okay that's fine. I get to the window, and the man that's there says "the chocolate croissants are actually still frozen, can I get you something else?"At this point, I'm annoyed. I asked "do you have a pumpkin LOAF" he said yes. He goes to get it. Hands me my pastry bag. I drive away. I opened the bag. Do you want to know what was inside? A pumpkin cream cheese muffin.Not only did I not order that, I am allergic to cream cheese. I paid for something that I didn't even order. Why are you guys not prepared? I was there at 6:30am. Not even 3 hours into opening and you're out of all this stuff and not prepared either. On top of that, the baristas acted like they didn't even want to be there. I will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered an Apple Crisp Drink. Color was off (very dark) and when I took a sip it tasted burnt. It was so bitter I couldn’t drink it. My bf ordered a caramel frappe which was pretty good. I guess next time I’ll taste it before I drive away. The other times I’ve ordered there I’ve had no problem. Someone probably burnt the beans this time.

I think a guy (not sure) took my order with piercings hanging out of both sides of his mouth. At first I thought he was drooling. Then I waited for I think it was a gal (not sure) make my coffee with a large ring hanging out of her nose. I think it had mucus hanging off of it? This place really needs to be cleaned up. To top if off I paid over $6.50 for a medium peppermint mocha. I think I'm done with Starbucks.
