Starbucks was nice, the workers were really nice, and they said it was a long wait but I understood! Aside from the busyness overall I liked it, it was downtown so I'm not surprised it was busy!
I was at the Hyatt connected to this Starbucks and needed a quick pick me up. The line wasn't long at all. The lady at the counter wasn't the friendliest and I can tell she wanted to speed things along. I smiled at her and gave her my order and she became super friendly. I ordered a hot chocolate and didn't wait long for it at all. It came piping hot and it was creamy and frothy. The hot chocolate was good but it was a little expensive for what it was. Really kind service! I was having a bad day and having an argument with my hoa on the phone and while on hold I ordered a drink. I had to go outside to keep talking, when I came in the lady at the front (sorry I forgot her name I wish I could give her a shoutout for being so sweet ) left me a sweet message on the food I ordered. “Sorry you’re having a bad day- this will pass ?” Things like this really change people’s day!
