My first human interaction this morning was with Bee and she was wonderful! She saw my tattoos and while my stuff was being finished up we were able to have a quick chat. I work a double today and have been dreading being conscious, but her positive energy gave me the boost I needed! 💖💖💖
I've been coming here off and on for a few years because of the proximity to my daily commute... many of the baristas are friendly and always seem to make it a point to say hi.
One in particular makes my coffee with such exquisite technique that her exploits will likely transcended modern history, inspire literature, musical theater, rom com movie films, and maybe even a barista video game. Her strategy serves as the model for Starbucks training across the East Coast.

The staff at this location are consistently friendly and upbeat, creating a positive atmosphere for customers. Many visitors appreciate the excellent customer service, especially a drive-through employee who was kind, cheerful, and made a customer's morning by providing a pup cup and making the drink at the window, even when the customer was stressed and traveling with a toddler and a dog. The coffee cake is highly praised as the best ever, and the comfortable chairs make it a good spot for spending time with friends despite the space being loud with people talking and music playing.
However, there are some concerns. One guest observed a barista cleaning near the espresso machines in a way that raised health and safety questions, as cleaning chemicals were sprayed all over surfaces and hands were not washed between tasks. There are also frustrations with inconsistent drink orders; despite following the recommended way to order, sometimes drinks arrive half full or with the wrong ingredients, leading to repeated adjustments and disappointment. Overall, the location’s atmosphere and friendly staff stand out, but occasional issues with drink accuracy and cleanliness highlight areas for improvement.
