“I ordered my items through the drive through. The line was moving slow so I after I was done ordering I was still sitting in front of the microphone. I sneezed and about 3 seconds later a kind gentleman came on the mic and said bless you. This made my day. This Starbucks is the only Starbucks you should go to just because of that. 10/10. Good coffee too.“
“I had ordered a couple platters and a deluxe turkey dinner. I ordered online and prepaid at least a month in advance. When I went to pick up my order today it wasn't even ready and I was told that they didn't have the order form to fill my order I gave them my paperwork and they put my order together at last minute while I waited. They did apologize numerous times and I got my order in a timely manner. I will use them again they have never done me wrong. But next time I will call a day or tw0o ahead of time to confirm my order. I know they are busy especially this time of year.“
