“Huge shoutout to Nate! The energy in this Starbucks is always great, but he took it to another level! I popped in right before 5 PM (perfect timing!) and the place was spotless, spacious, and surprisingly calm for a location right next to BMW. As a realtor constantly reviewing contracts on the go, that kind of environment is a lifesaver.I’m not a big coffee drinker — my kids are the true Starbucks experts — so I usually just guess my way through the menu. Not this time. Nate jumped right in with upbeat, genuine enthusiasm and walked me through options like he had all the time in the world. His recommendation was spot‑on, and his personality made the whole experience feel fun and easy. This store is lucky to have someone who leads with that level of positivity and professionalism.

“I purchased a matcha frappachino at one of the Starbucks in Greenville at their drive thru. I drove on to where I was going and was several miles away when I realized the drink had no flavor. I was heading through Greer and stopped by the Greer Starbucks on Wade Hampton. Nikki was very nice and remade the drink for me. It had much more flavor. I appreciate the excellent customer service.“
