“First off, great staff!! They are very friendly, attentive, and accommodating.You are always greeted with a smile. The food is absolutely delicious. I always get at least 2 dozen raw oysters to start with a side of their cheesy grits, that taste like they came from my grandma's kitchen. I've been going there for years and have enjoyed every meal from sushi to steak, to smothered chicken to scallops. The food is phenomenal. Clearly the chefs take pride in every meal they prepared. Delicious food, portioned and priced right. The GBOH never disappoints. The backbone of the operation is Diane & Katie. They are always there and make you feel like family. I live in Florida and when I'm in South Carolina, after stopping to see family, my next stop is GBOH!!! LOVE IT!!”

“I went to a Crumble store (In Greer) for the very first time to get some birthday cookies. I don't know the the young man's name (I believe he was the manager) but I want to give him 5 stars for being so helpful, so kind and patient with me. He went into detail on how to order, how to order things in the future, how cookies were made in house and even gave me a sample. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Well done Greer Crumble! I will absolutely make more cookie purchases from this store and more than likely this store alone because of the employees.”

“I should have posted here years ago. I have just read the reviews for the first time at the time of my writing this review.I know that I am recognized there and I recognize some of the employees. I have purchased from here many times and many different types fish and shellfish. Usually, I am getting sashimi grade Ahi and Mahi, which has always been outstanding. I let them know what I intend on making and the shape and sizes prepared for me have been thought out.Always great quality and great prices. I'm buying for myself not a restaurant. I like that I don't have to purchase large quantities or whole fish.I call ahead and get my order prepared sometimes a day ahead, sometimes the same day. I'm not a restaurant so I understand that they are really doing me a service; I am not keeping them in business. Many wholesalers in the industry don't want to deal with the public for the very reason that is expressed in some of the negative reviews. Fisherman can't always go out, they don't always catch what they want or know how much they'll catch. The markets don't always have what you want because they only have fresh catches. Big orders and regular customers come first. And if you are willing to eat fish that has been out of the water for days - go to the supermarket. The staff has always been polite and appropriate; I don't actually want a hug or need a new BFF. I want fish fit for making my own sushi and I have been using the fish from G.U.S.T.O. at least three meals a week.”

“I met Freddie at the Aiken Farmer's Market this past Saturday. Being completely honest, I wasn't intending to stop by his booth, as I was just finishing up and leaving the market; but he invited my friend and I in to chat coffee, and boy, am I glad he did! Freddie's knowledge and passion for both horses and coffee, as well as his ability to engage and connect, is absolutely delightful. I know next to nothing of horses, but as a fellow small business owner who donates a portion of profits to my preferred cause, I couldn't help but feel a deep appreciation for Freddie's mission. Anyone who has that much heart and compassion is worthy of my attention for at least a few minutes! Now, as far as the coffee itself - Freddie took the time to explain various aspects of roasting, processing, etc., and I walked away with a greater knowledge of beans (of which I always figured I had a decent understanding - but there's always more to learn!). As a decaff drinker, I purchased a bag of "Brazilian Royal Select Decaf – Medium Dark Roast," and made a cup the following morning, with a dash of half-and-half. It is 🤌 *chef's kiss*! Smooth, just the right amount of dark/richness for my taste... I have zero complaints, and all the praise. Since moving to Aiken almost two years ago, I've been searching for a local coffee roaster who just "gets" the importance of keeping the beans as close to natural as possible (no chemicals, no added flavors, etc.), and I think I found my guy. If you see Freddie at any local markets, be sure to stop by for a chat - you will leave satisfied, I can almost guarantee! 😊 Thank you, Freddie, for your welcoming aura, your passion and knowledge, and for creating a quality product in which I'm happy to indulge! 🤤☕️”

There's plenty of seating so even with a line out the door, the wait isn't long. Food comes fast, hot, and fresh! Service was friendly. I really enjoyed the salsa bar (the creamy green salsa was my favorite) and the tropical margarita. The one in the photo is a medium. Next time I'll get the small 😂. The brain freeze was real. Overall, a great neighborhood Mexican restaurant with a diverse menu and fantastic prices.”

The menu has plenty to choose from and the prices are very fair. We enjoyed the live music, but were also very happy they could accommodate us sitting on the other side of the restaurant so it wasn’t too loud for our preferences. Ordered, found a seat, food came 10 minutes later. Nutella crepe with ALL the fruit. Very good. Son ate it and yet our drink still never arrived. Went downstairs said would now have to be to go. Went back up he finished eating and still no drink. Girl was bringing it up as we were leaving. Very sad. Eating a meal without what feels like $20 beverage. Back to the original part, while in line watching your “barista”. Grind the beans, weigh then scoop out a tad to toss out then put a barrier around to mix the grind then press it to then make a drink. That extra let’s call it 30 seconds per drink when specialty drinks are the majority adds 5 minutes wait time for every 10 customers when you are back to back. Leave the show out of it when you are busy and get people their orders with drinks and food together or like how we usually get it with drink first then we have to wait on the food. Just a terrible experience. This visit.”

The very sweet server greeted us and we placed our order which was the special of the day. The fried chicken 🍗 and hushpupies were delicious and flavorful!! I came in and communicated that I wasn’t able to read the menu (I just had to move down the counter a little bit in order to see better and said this to make me walking away a bit less awkward). After about 10 minutes of waiting, an elderly lady probably in her 60's told us we cannot stay and that it was takeout only. She made an assumption that we were even planning on dining in because not once were we asked. She then proceeded to say that they didn't charge us for dine in, so we politely asked if we could pay the extra fee for the plates and dine in costs. She was extremely rude and just kept arguing with us. Even after my wife said, "that's fine we will leave, but can we please get a refund since you're obviously not bringing us our food," she continued to make us feel extremely unwelcome and essentially kicked us out. She just kept saying, "sorry this is strict policy you need to leave." My wife asked for a refund again, and the kid that originally took our order finally gave us the refund.. I don't usually feel discriminated against but she had a personal issue with me and my kids (who were being extremely respectful and just drinking their lemonade the whole time). I will not dine here again. I will not support any business that it partners with. I would highly appreciate hearing back from the owner who we were told was not currently in.”
