I normally rate them high, but this is my 1st experience that wasnt good at a chick fila No expeditors outside helping, got our order wrong. Gave us someone else's order. Our fault for not checking it. But the chicken was tough. 😞 This was a bummer. Fries were soggy, wrong drinks, awful. We were traveling, otherwise I would have went back. I get that teenage kids need jobs, but one of the girls was yelling at a boy that was taking our order- asking was he single.
He did apologize, but then she kept talking yelling things at him. All while I was trying to order. It was pretty rude. And I’m sure embarrassing for him too.
I feel like chick-fil-A use to be the place you knew you’d get great customer service- and why people pay more. I wasn’t very happy with my experience. 😢
