Slow. They have gotten SO painfully slow. For anything. But especially breakfast in the morning. Don't go if you are in any kind of a hurry or have a timeframe or time commitment to meet.Food is still fine. Nothing special but good. Employees are still friendly. But for as expensive as things have gotten (you can't get hardly any meal, for under $10), it's just not worth it anymore. Which is sad because CFA used to be my absolute favorite 100% go-to

It's nice to have good customer service. It's also nice to have a sandwich that is always hot, regardless of dine in or drive thru. The waffle fries are only good when fresh though, they don't travel well at all.
If I could, I’d leave 0 stars. In the last few years the quality of CFA’s chicken has changed. It looks gross , & it literally stinks . My coworker was eating a Chick-fil-A biscuit and pulled a bone out of his mouth. Every week, I would pull my chicken minis apart one by one and most of the time I’d only be able to eat 2/4 of them IF that . It gets worse every week. This is disgusting and whatever changed needs to be reevaluated. Theres no reason a business that makes millions should decline in quality. I didn’t get to eat a single one from the photos and haven’t eaten there since.
