“I just wanted to take a moment to share how truly grateful I am for my experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the entire establishment was. It immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the quality of care they put into everything they do.
What stood out the most, though, was the exceptional service. Courtney went absolutely above and beyond to ensure my safety and peace of mind. I mentioned that I have a tomato allergy, and she didn’t just acknowledge it. She took it seriously. She made sure to inform the staff preparing my food and even had them completely change their gloves to prevent any cross-contamination. That level of attentiveness and genuine care is rare, and it meant so much to me.
The entire team demonstrated outstanding courtesy throughout my visit. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and clearly committed to providing a positive experience for their customers. It’s also incredibly meaningful to see how they support and honor the military. It speaks volumes about their values as a business.
Overall, I couldn’t be more appreciative of the service I received. Thank you to Courtney and the entire team for creating such a welcoming, clean, and thoughtful environment. I’ll absolutely be coming back!“

“I’ve been to multiple places for boba tea, and none of them come close to being as good as Ding Tea. Every flavor is fantastic, but the strawberry milk tea is my favorite. Other places’ strawberry milk tea can taste like bubblegum somehow, but this actually has a fresh strawberry taste that I adore. This is definitely the best boba tea in the upstate.“

“My smoothie was delicious. I got the pumpkin smash and was surprised to see it being made with ice cream. I will be more careful to order dairy free options for next time because it made my stomach hurt.
The overall service area was nasty. Flies everywhere, pretzels all over the counters and floor. The sanitation is a concern. Customer service was lacking, and cashier was very short with us, but since they were busy I'll let it slide.
I'm very happy to have a Jamba near me! Makes me think of the beloved Orange Julius. I will be back for sure.“

“Great froyo place with lots of toppings! We have been here 3-4 times in the last couple of months.
I do wish they offered samples though and I also think it’s kind of weird how they hand you the spoons. Maybe they are expensive and people were stealing them, idk but it strikes me as a bit odd. I really like how they have a lot of toppings on the walls in those dispensers because it seems like a lower chance of cross contamination if you are allergic to nuts since the other topping can easily get cross contaminated.
Really glad this place is so close to my house and we will be regular customers for sure!“

“I come to this location at least once a week. I’ve gone to the other location in Five Forks because I work about half way between the locations, but I like the way my bowl is prepared at this location. Monique does a great job keeping my bowl from spilling over when I open it but it still feels full as well. Perfectly made every time by Monique. Also, the base always seems more frozen at this location.“

“I walked into this Smoothie King location earlier this week and realized that there was only one employee named Willow present and she had her 'hands full' with customers inside and at the drive-thru. She continued to work diligently and take care of the customers ahead of me and then her co-worker named Avery showed up, washed her hands and jumped into action right beside her. It was a beautiful thing to see! In these times; challenging as they may or may not be, it is my wish that these 2 employees are recognized by the franchisee and corporate office. Thank you for hiring such good hardworking people and know for that reason alone I will be back again and again... Willow and Avery; thank you and keep rocking it and making the world a better place. The smoothie was awesome!!!“
