“I made a custom bowl and it tasted amazing. It was a fusion of citrus, sweet and sour flavors. The service was very fast and the attenant was helpful in explaining the menu. I did notice an almond in my bowl which I did not order so please make sure you make it clear if you have a nut allergy. The overall atmosphere was clean and simple.“

“I love this place, but I recently ordered my family 6 of the original Ding teas with Boba with 100% Sugar and all of them were plain and unsweetened. Normally these guys are on it but that was a big bummer ? Would give them 5 stars ? if not, make sure you guys try out your drinks before leaving, mine was takeout so I was long home by the time I tried mine!

Guys I edited my original review, The awesome guys at this place contacted me regarding the experience! I didn't write the original review out of maliciousness or anything of the sort, I LOVE THIS PLACE! But I did want to give a heads up to customers to make sure their drink is made correctly especially when it's pickup and the store get busy. Mistakes happen especially in a place that gets frequented alot like this and during the weekend of course. I completely Understand the slight mistake!! Still I totally appreciate that they went beyond what they needed to do and contact me to apologize. I will definitely go back for their drinks, one experience will not ruin it for me, and their service today has cemented it for me!! ??“

“I absolutely love your food and smoothie bowls. With that being said.. the Verdae Location definitely needs to make some improvements. I know not all days can be perfect, but the last three times I’ve been here, it’s been consistent that I always have to call to make sure the computer updated because I’ve already waited the 15 minute it said my food would be out. All three times I’ve when I have called they’ve been out of something and they never called me to make sure I wanted it or to change.. along with me waiting for 15 - 20 minutes already, I’ve had to wait another 15 min bc they had to change something or just got the computer to refresh. So now, after the third time that this is happened and is being consistent. It makes me not want to come back again because I don’t want to do it a fourth time. You can’t exactly go in this place till 9 o’clock because the lobby is locked. Its kind of frustrating because every time I come here I usually have to end up waiting almost an hour for the deliciousness.. not trying to be mean I just hope this helps. I still love the deliciousness of this food but I just don’t like waiting 45 minutes to an hour.“

“Just discovered Planet Smoothie up the road from where I work about 2 months ago. It's now a staple 2-3x a week. Always a great smoothie, but not always an enthusiastic staff. They've never been rude, per se, but sometimes I say more in an order than they do my entire visit.“

“I walked into this Smoothie King location earlier this week and realized that there was only one employee named Willow present and she had her 'hands full' with customers inside and at the drive-thru. She continued to work diligently and take care of the customers ahead of me and then her co-worker named Avery showed up, washed her hands and jumped into action right beside her. It was a beautiful thing to see! In these times; challenging as they may or may not be, it is my wish that these 2 employees are recognized by the franchisee and corporate office.
