Makiya was very cheerful and informative. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and patient while allowing me to sample to confirm my selection. The unforgettable bowl was just that!!! RECOMMENDABLE
Smoothie was good, but the lady put a rotten banana in inside of it. I didn’t wanna make a scene about it, but it was clearly black down one side and when she opened it up, it was also all dark and mushy and she still put it in.
The sweet shy lady that was there by herself did an amazing job with my first experience of ordering. Was incredibly informative of the ingredients and nice. My bowl is a flavor explosion of fruit and sweetness. Definitely want to experience again.

Cocobowlz at Haywood Mall offers excellent service with friendly staff, especially a sweet girl with long dark hair. Despite the hefty prices, their fruity smoothie bowls are worth trying, with fresh fruit, smooth cacao, and crunchy granola. The welcoming atmosphere and quick service make it a great place to visit again.
