Worst cocobowlz I’ve been to and I’ve been to all in this area. First of all watch the people you hire. There’s a young guy who sat on his phone and kept yelling repeatedly random words. Wants to make you get out of there asap super unprofessional even the other girl working was annoyed.

The gals working today were incredibly welcoming and even offered to help me order as I have never been there.The bowl was prepared quickly while still also delivering my expectations.The cacao was smooth, the fruit fresh, and the granola had the right amount crunch!I will be ordering from here again ??

Mary helped me and was super nice. However, a lot of times I come here the staff is slow to help and it takes awhile to get my order. This was my first experience with Mary and it was very pleasant.
It took almost 20 minutes to make one smoothie with only one person ahead of me. At 4:05 I ordered one coco kale and the dark hair boy and dark hair girl are flirting in the back taking their time. It should not take over 15 minutes to make one smoothie with no wait and two workers. Another worker went to the back to help with the orders but still I have no received my drink almost 20 minute and it’s very slow stop flirting and start working!!!!!

This location definitely needs a little training and staffing. Unfortunately, the young lady working was alone and very overwhelmed. We ordered our bowl and it came out with the incorrect base two times and then she ignored that she needed to remake it AGAIN bc of the long line. I emailed the corporate address but no response.

So, my dad and I went here while at the mall on Wed of this past week, and altogether, I think it was a nice experience! They didn't get our order wrong, nor were they rude. We got a bowl to share with the caramel apple topping and a pineapple mango base. It was delicious!! The atmosphere seemed a little rushed, but hey, it's the food court at the mall. What d'you expect. I didn't get the name of the girl helping us with our order but she seemed helpful! I really liked it!
