I am hoping today was just a one off but I went through the drive thru, ordered my smoothie then pulled around to the window. After a long wait, I pull up and the girl at the window starts to hand me the wrong order. I told her that's not what I ordered and that's when the ridiculousness started. She can't find my order. I walked into this Smoothie King location earlier this week and realized that there was only one employee named Willow present and she had her 'hands full' with customers inside and at the drive-thru. She continued to work diligently and take care of the customers ahead of me and then her co-worker named Avery showed up, washed her hands and jumped into action right beside her.
