I am FURIOUS I even have to explain AGAIN. I ordered approx $35 of your product on the smoothie king app. It never arrived. I have spoken to Christina (mgr) and other employees on multiple occasions. Apparently WHOEVER you used (ubereats?) misdelivered. You got your money but I did not get my food! The store acts like they have NO CLUE how their own app works! Christina FINALLY called me and spent 20 minutes telling me how hard it was for her to reach the delivery people, but that she finally did, and my money would be refunded. IT WASNT! Y'all are a joke. Owners cannot be reached according to everyone who works there. You screw your customers and screw your staff by throwing them to the wolves. I'm totally disgusted. It's bad enough Im out $35 but THE TIME I HAVE SPENT GETTING THIS RESOLVED IS FAR MORE VALUABLE. I have no expectation you will fix this. I once owned three quiznos franchises... I would NEVER run my business like this. I've honestly never encountered a more clueless, uncaring, undisciplined, GREEDY operation in my life. After 6 weeks of waiting for my refund, I even requested to just have the order remade and i'd PICK IT UP MYSELF, and y'all wouldnt even respond.

I used to go to Smoothie King every day for several years. It was great service, product at a fair price. It has been a year since I've gone. I stopped going after watching it steadily go downhill for two years. At some point I got tired of dealing with the unhappy workers, the long wait and the orders being wrong (likely due to turnover/inexperience but sometimes just a terrible and surly attitude). When I considered the cost versus the value....and the headache of in-store service, it was an easy decision to go buy a Ninja and all the best ingredients for at-home smoothies. No Woodruff Rd traffic, no lines, saves time, better quality and a fraction of the price. Better customer service probably would have kept me in the same routine but it's a blessing to have made the change. Thank you.

I ordered a smoothie bowl in the drive thru at 5:30pm. After paying and sitting at the window a few mins I was asked to park & they'd bring it out. Never had that happen before so when I looked at the girl funny, she just said "yeah, I'm sorry". It was 5:44 when my bowl was brought out. The actual smoothie portion didn't even fill a 1/4 of the bowl. I made a comment about having to wait that long and then get so little, especially for $12!! All he said was, "yeah I had to thaw more out because it was frozen". No discount, or coupon for future purchase, nothing was offered. Even as a rewards member, it's not worth the money; they didn't take off the $2 I had in rewards. The unprofessional customer service, quality and QUANTITY are not worth it. Fortunately, they aren't the only smoothie place around.

I paid 20$ for two medium smoothies and they tasted like nothing, it tasted like bland froth, and the other tasted like straight pea protein, if i pay that much for two items they better be good, first and last time im ever going to smoothie king

I've been coming here for years, lately the quality has really lacked. The same smoothie tastes different each time, and today my medium smoothie was awfully blended- leaving chunks behind that couldn't get through the straw. I don't know what to expect when I order anymore.

I made a pick up order. It said on Google it would be ready in ten minutes. I was on a time crunch expecting to just get there grab my drink and go. The drive there took ten minutes, so I was expecting to get there, grab my drink, and go. I get there and they hadn’t even made my drink yet. They made 3 more drinks before mine and then made mine. I waited for 10 minutes for a drink that should’ve been made already. The drink was mediocre at best too. For the price it wasn’t worth it. Won’t be coming back here I guess.Probably a 2.5, but that’s not a rating I can give. The smoothing was filling. But, it wasn’t good. I got the berry smoothie.
