“What a GREAT restaurant experience today. Our server was Richard, was kind, funny, attentive, and interactive. The food was fantastic also. It was quick and delicious. Had our usual and it did NOT disappoint. We did not have a need for anything while we were there. The drinks were prompt and full the whole time. Checkout was a a breeze and friendly. I have been to many Waffle Houses and most have been great, and one absolutely horrible. This one is the absolute best! Thanks Richard for making our breakfast great!! The other staff members were great too. One of the servers played music from the jukebox and it was awesome music! Will definitely be back!“

“I tried Biscuitville this morning. My first visit. I was Not disappointed ! Ordered a bacon egg and cheese muffin. Very good fresh and tasty. Hashbrown and coffee were just as good. I will go back and try a biscuit next time.thankyou !“

“We have had two wonderful experiences at this First Watch. Excellent food and service and highly recommend. However, what I do NOT recommend is purchasing gift cards from the company’s online website. We ordered one as a gift on 12/2 and it was to be mailed. Our credit card was charged on 12/2, but as of today, it has still NOT been shipped. We called and it was difficult to completely understand the lady on the phone. She said she would have them “reship” even though we can see it was NEVER sent in the first place. Confirmation number was given when pressed but it was the same as order number. Now, we are left unsure if it will ever arrive. This has left a bad taste in my mouth.“

“We attended the under the sea breakfast event with Ariel and Prince Eric and it was phenomenal! The staff at Eggs up grill and the characters were so friendly and fun to interact with. The food was delicious! The manager was very present and active in the dining room. Overall a great dining experience! We drove from Boiling Springs specifically for this experience and would make the trip again!“

“I’ve been there a couple times so far and it’s one of the best restaurants in Greenville for breakfast. The staff is very polite and professional and quick to take care of you. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“If you can get a table here it's well worth a visit. If you don't know what you want to eat come here their menu has about anything you can think of. The portions are plentiful and the taste is delicious. Looking for a dessert this place is a place to go as they also have a bakery that provide some of the most delicious goodies you've ever put in your mouth. Service is great and tables do tend to turn pretty fairly quickly but there is always a line.“

“The food tastes great and the atmosphere is so cozy!!! Only thing is I ordered the Hash Bowl with extra seasoning and over easy eggs. The eggs were more cooked than over easy, more like over hard and when i asked for extra seasoning, there was NO seasoning on my bowl :( also barely any goat cheese so sad

“I've tried eating here a few times at night, they never get the order right due to not writing it down.Waited and waited on service for way longer than I should have. They served to go orders that were taken after mine and got them ready. we work close by and myself and my co workers spend a lot of money there several times a week. The day shift is awesome but your night shift needs to be replaced. The next time your cook has something to say, tell her to bring to the parking lot, I can be just as nasty and rude as she was! I know a lot of people that work around here between food and health care and I will be encouraging them to spend their money where people appreciate their customers! Do better! I've worked catering for years and had to cook and could still get more orders out than that. I'm also calling DHEC for leaving the refrigerator open way too long, letting the Temps rise higher than they are supposed too.“

“This IHOP location never misses! The food was hot and tasted amazing. The service provided by Cat was stellar and the manager, Kat, stopped by the table to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Unlike our last visit to another location the kids asked when we could come back before they finished eating. A wonderful dining experience with the kids.“

“We typically love First Watch (FW) restaurants. We have eaten at 2 different restaurants in Greenville, SC.. Two different ones in or near West Palm Beach, FL. Also we have eaten at FW in Hollywood, FL as well as Wilmington, NC.
We visited this restaurant on Sunday and it's probably the busiest day for any First Watch in SC. That business probably reduces ratings due to the rush in the kitchen and full dining area.
Our mixed green salad was full of unacceptable, old greens as seen to the top left of my plate where I removed them from my salad. The restaurant was very difficult to hold a conversation in due to the full restaurant, loud background noise and lack of any sound reducing surfaces.
The server, Lyla was outstanding. She gave us a warning that the restaurant was busy and the food will take longer than usual to prepare. We agreed it was OK. She was also very pleasant, smiling and enthusiastic.
Even though we like FW restaurants, we probably will not return to this restaurant in the future.“

“The staff was so nice and personable. I didn’t feel like they were just cooks and waitresses - they felt like friends I just haven’t seen in a long time. The food of course was better than I remembered - mainly because I didn’t remember a lot of the visits when I used to eat there as an early 20 something 😆“

“Ive been coming to this biscuitville location since it opened. I try not to review unless its a one and done bc Im not sure if Im going to truly like it. Ive had times where food as been wrong or forgotten, but it's only when they've been busy. Humans make mistakes. BUT the big thing for me is customer service as someone that has worked in food/retail most of my life. Not once has anyone been rude to me or acted like they didnt want to be there. Again humans have bad days so I expect the latter, bht never have I ever had a bad experience here. The food is good and if mistakes are made theyre very easy to get resolved on both parties side. Plus the eggs snd biscuits are REAL and not pre-made nasty. My kiddo like watching them make the biscuits just like my grandma made them.“
