“Constance, who was working as a cashier, had a pleasant and professional demeanor, and it was nice to see her smile. Janiya picked up a napkin that I had dropped on the floor, which may seem insignificant, but it stood out to me. Pleasantries were exchanged. This kind of attention is not commonly seen in fast food restaurants. All the employees were smiling and greeted everyone who entered the store. They reminded me of the employees at Chick-fil-A. I was very impressed and noted their commendable hiring practices.”

“My husband an I live this place! Everything from the food, the atmosphere and the guys running it were truly amazing! I got the chicken Tikka masala (mild) and my husband got the butter chicken (medium) with a side of garlic naan and all of it was so so yummy! This is a hidden gem, and I can't wait to go back and try something else!”

“I am thrilled to have a place like Jeremiahs. Years ago, we had Dairy Dream at Herron Circle had the best ice cream! They sold out to build a QT. Jeremiahs ice cream is AWESOME and is right up there with DD! It's also great having a Jeremiah at our new baseball field. This is where I first discovered them. I visited the Duncan location again today. I met the nicest young man. His name was Cayleb. He was so helpful in telling me about all the many choices. Hopefully the next time I visit the Duncan location, he'll be there. He certainly has a great personality and he's an asset to Jeremiahs. Dianne Glover”

“I've previously commented about the excellent food, atmosphere, and service provided, but now have more praise ! A recent takeout order wasnt the usual high quality (due to an equipment issue i found out later). When I commented on a survey stating the problem, I received a phone call from the OWNER ! He apologized, explained the issue, & then refunded our purchase with a gift card ! This is such an impressive and rare act of customer attention that I wanted to share. WE WILL CONTINUE TO ENJOY FLAVORSHACK & RECOMEND IT EVERY CHANCE WE GET ! Thanx !”

“Amazing service and super nice staff. We always have a great experience at this location. Tonight was exceptional. We got the club supreme tonight as takeout and it was amazing! Their staff tonight was on point - super nice and perfect amount of toppings on our subs. We will definitely be back!”

“1st time ordering here. Was in mood for oriental food. Happen to pick this place. Menus were easy to navigate. Pretty diverse choices. Mainly chicken, steak combos. I tried the Steak Teriaki, so did my wife. Mine was a little tough,(overcooked) but my wife's was perfectly tender. I think we will return but I will order mine rare.”

“The old Country Pride. The new abbreviated menu is the same. The steaks are very good. The service is top tier. I pulled a 34 here. Coin operated laundry is $3 wash/ dry. I pulled some time in the shop ( fuel filter change, tractor lube, and some shine). I had a few meals, all were good. Coffee is hot, good , and plentiful. Went across the road and got a wash at the streaking beacon! It was a very productive reset. What did surprise me was all the litter in the lot. I didn't see anyone empty any of the waste bins but other than that it was a good break”

“A few weeks ago we were getting ready to travel back to VA after visiting friends in Duncan. Unfortunately, our car died while in the drive through of this Starbucks. Staff immediately jumped in to help us move the car and even comped our entire order. When my toddler and I went inside while my husband worked on the car, a very kind staff member with glasses gave my daughter a pouch and some milk. He was very kind and asked us to let him know if we needed anything. We are so grateful for their kindness during a really rough morning.”

“Ive been coming to this biscuitville location since it opened. I try not to review unless its a one and done bc Im not sure if Im going to truly like it. Ive had times where food as been wrong or forgotten, but it's only when they've been busy. Humans make mistakes. BUT the big thing for me is customer service as someone that has worked in food/retail most of my life. Not once has anyone been rude to me or acted like they didnt want to be there. Again humans have bad days so I expect the latter, bht never have I ever had a bad experience here. The food is good and if mistakes are made theyre very easy to get resolved on both parties side. Plus the eggs snd biscuits are REAL and not pre-made nasty. My kiddo like watching them make the biscuits just like my grandma made them.”

“The food was mediocre. My daughter got meatloaf and she said it tasted like a tv dinner. It made her stomach hurt and she threw up. She said it felt like something plastic came out. I had country style steak with mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and pinto beans. You could tell the pinto beans were from a can, instant potatoes and the Mac and cheese left a lot to be desired. The only thing that was good is the sampler appetizer. Probably my last time I’ll eat there.”
