“I live in woodruff and we have Little Caesars, Papa John's, Pizza Hut, but Domino's is just the king of the pizza making. So I usually go to this one in Duncan and I've ordered here about 10-15 times now and honestly I've had zero issues. It's made right. It tastes right and the staff are usually pretty friendly so no complaints from me. Five star deserved“

“Honestly, I have never had a bad experience at a Zaxby's. Other than the occasional wrong order which is bound to happen anywhere. Food has always been good, never had an issue with getting food fixed that's wrong, pretty much always clean.“

“This place used to be straight trashhhhhhh. I even went a few years refusing to go by here. But now it’s great all the time! I started going back earlier this year and have probably gone 20 times since. One time a girl lost my order, but other than that, it’s been great! Kind service, hot food, good prices! “We have been coming to KFC for years and lately you’re not paying attention to what a customer orders. The last 3 times we were there when we got home we didn’t have what we ordered. Think we’re about done trying. Tonight I ordered two 3 piece wing dinners and instead of mashed potatoes and slaw we got cheese macaroni and French fries. Sort of a d*** error.“

“Did takeout them first time yesterday. Wings were large and delicious. Usually go for a sweet BBQ and tried their MO sauce which was a nice balance of sweet and a little spice. My wife had the wings Spicy honey garlic which was very spicy. Will definitely eat here again.“

“I ordered a pizza this evening, and due to a miscommunication between my husband and me, our pizza ended up sitting at the restaurant for well over an hour before anyone came to pick it up. Totally our fault. I called to apologize, explain what happened, and check to see if the pizza was still there. They checked and said it was, so I headed over to grab it. When I arrived, a gentleman (I’m assuming the manager) asked if I would like them to remake the pizza. I told him no because the mix-up was completely my fault. He said he wouldn’t be happy paying $25 for a cold pizza and insisted on making us a fresh one. I even offered to pay for the new pizza, but he said, “That’s not the type of business we run.” Within about 10 minutes, they had a fresh pizza ready for me and they still gave me the original one too. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and the situation was entirely on us, but they went out of their way to make sure we left with good quality food. That kind of service really means a lot. “I had a great time celebrating my friend’s departure from her job. Brooke was so great and especially after we got denied by another waitress. She turned our bad experience into a great one. I will come back and ask for Brooke from now on.“
