“My kids were in a mood. This sweet worker in the back noticed and came out to help them figure out what they wanted. His tag said Bo-daddy. He was SO nice, personable, patient, and funny. This man has been through a lot, and enjoys making other people smile. He loves his job! He deserves some sort of recognition, idk, I’m talking like a positive news story or something. My kids even wanted to stop by today but we didn’t get a chance. Words just can’t describe what an amazing person he is. Food was great also!

“The food was good, but the wait was slightly long, and the atmosphere was loud with a lot of profanity. The cashier mistakenly took my order, but she was very friendly and apologized. She also called the owner to address the issue. Overall, the situation was managed very professionally. I plan to return.“

“Being a retired military family with kids is tight we asked if they had a military discount before we even ordered any food . The server was nice and looked at the military ID and saw and informed us it was a 10% discount the food was amazing….. Well when we got the check and paid and asked her about the discount she said … ohhh no I didn’t put that on there I’m so sorry …. Money is tight and the bill was about $130 with a tip … we hardly go out and treat ourselves with the prices nowadays so if your military aswell or retired just make sure to bring up the discount again before handing your card like we did“

“5 stars! I was expecting a long line and wait time due to the virus going around and there being no dine in. Even with a line around the building, they got me through the line and my order within 10 minutes. I’m so thankful for everyone up there working, even in times like these. Taking a quick lunch break and trying to eat healthy was made possible by you guys today! Thank y’all!“

“This evening my family went here for dinner. The hostess says you can sit wherever you want. We grab a seat and look to see what we are going to order. A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. I tell you what, we moved right out the door. What a coward manager to have a server do your dirty work. I bet my money spent well elsewhere. I won’t ever go back. Customer service is everything and theirs is 0!!!“

“Fast service, good food, clean establishment. They had what I wanted, cooked it fast, and had me on my way with a delicious pizza. Decent price. Ordered the best most awesome pizza. 2 lt drinks were a little pricey but they were cold. Also they do not provide cups so I had to ask another restaurant across the street for cups. Overall great experience.“

“Really enjoy Zaxby's food. Today I ordered a salad along with other food and went to a park with my kids to enjoy the food there. When I was ready to enjoy my salad I couldn't find the fork anywhere. Turns out I never got one. That was a bummer, so I had to eat the salad with my fingers. Please pay attention and make sure you add everything to a person's order.“

“I live in woodruff and we have Little Caesars, Papa John's, Pizza Hut, but Domino's is just the king of the pizza making. So I usually go to this one in Duncan and I've ordered here about 10-15 times now and honestly I've had zero issues. It's made right. It tastes right and the staff are usually pretty friendly so no complaints from me. Five star deserved“
