The young lady at the counter was the nicest employee I have ever encountered at a Lil Caesar's. I'll be happy to pass two other Lil Caesar's locations to get the best service with a smile.
Great staff! They always get my order right. And they do it in a timely fashion. You can't ask for more than that and I frequently the place three times a week or more spot on every time

I have ordered the same pizza at least 2 dozen times over the past 2 years - a thin crust three meat with extra sauce. Tonight the new manager says that would be a custom pizza and would cost more. I told her I ordered it that way all the time. She acted as though she did not believe me. I have even ordered it this way online with no extra charge for extra sauce. Not happy.
