Good parking, good menu, large portions, food OK. Breakfast menu has a cutoff time, which makes half the menu disappear.

Charlie cooked while Meagan assisted me with the menu. It's extensive. Everything is short order cooked. I went there just to see what the place was like, there were already a lot of good reviews. Don't let the outside fool you, the place is clean and the food is delicious. I wasn't that hungry but I wolfed down my delicious flounder sandwich so fast I forgot to take a picture.
