“I ordered a pizza this evening, and due to a miscommunication between my husband and me, our pizza ended up sitting at the restaurant for well over an hour before anyone came to pick it up. Totally our fault. I called to apologize, explain what happened, and check to see if the pizza was still there. They checked and said it was, so I headed over to grab it. When I arrived, a gentleman (I’m assuming the manager) asked if I would like them to remake the pizza. I told him no because the mix-up was completely my fault. He said he wouldn’t be happy paying $25 for a cold pizza and insisted on making us a fresh one. I even offered to pay for the new pizza, but he said, “That’s not the type of business we run.” Within about 10 minutes, they had a fresh pizza ready for me and they still gave me the original one too. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and the situation was entirely on us, but they went out of their way to make sure we left with good quality food. That kind of service really means a lot. “I called to update the driver on entry to my job, I spoke with Kar, She was super busy when she answered. She let me know about my popped lava cake, I told her I will still enjoy my popped lava cake with a spoon and we laughed. I LOVE HER HONESTY. It’s a sign great professional communication skills . “So I was sitting in my car waiting to pick up my child from school and thinking what to do/ or get for dinner when suddenly a papa Johns worker handed me a flyer. Papa Johns does have good pizza and it’s also for my daughters schools fundraising so I was pleased to take a look. I found that there is an option for 2 large specialty pizza for $9.99+tax. I was ecstatic since that is a great deal. So I pick up my child and head to the local papa Johns. Told them what I wanted and then I was told my total. $21.78. I asked how is that possible, the flyer states $9.99+tax. The clerk stated that I need to purchase 2... ummm isn’t that what I did. And then was told it was $9.99 each. So where on the ad does it state that it’s $9.99 each? The other options states it so how can I not get it for $9.99 each? So I pay the $21.78 and is now annoyed and upset. I am hopping that someone will get in contact with me soon before I flip..“

“Did takeout them first time yesterday. Wings were large and delicious. Usually go for a sweet BBQ and tried their MO sauce which was a nice balance of sweet and a little spice. My wife had the wings Spicy honey garlic which was very spicy. Will definitely eat here again.“

“Delicious food. It’s our go to pizza place-it’s hard to find a place all 6 of us love! The thin crust and cauliflower crust, cooked well done, are my favorite. The original is just as good.“

“This evening my family went here for dinner. The hostess says you can sit wherever you want. We grab a seat and look to see what we are going to order. A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. I tell you what, we moved right out the door. What a coward manager to have a server do your dirty work. I bet my money spent well elsewhere. I won’t ever go back. Customer service is everything and theirs is 0!!!“

“I took my daughter to KPOP B.W.F. as part of our birthday adventure after catching a movie, and it was an awesome experience!

We spotted wings and cheese sticks on the menu, and that alone had us sold. The wings were a solid 8/10 with great flavor and cooked just right. The cheese sticks were even better—perfectly crispy on the outside with incredibly smooth, melty cheese inside. Paired with their marinara sauce, they were easily a 9/10!

To finish things off, we tried the 6-piece shrimp, and it did not disappoint. The shrimp was well seasoned, cooked perfectly, and absolutely delicious.

Overall, this was one of those places that leaves a great impression. Friendly atmosphere, tasty food, and a memorable stop on our birthday outing. I'd definitely recommend checking out KPOP B.W.F. if you haven't been yet.

The crust edge took over almost
Half of the pepperoni side of our pizza. Don’t know if they were in a rush or just careless.

So better please. I don’t eat the crust especially when there is nothing in it. What a waste of good dough.“

“I live in woodruff and we have Little Caesars, Papa John's, Pizza Hut, but Domino's is just the king of the pizza making. So I usually go to this one in Duncan and I've ordered here about 10-15 times now and honestly I've had zero issues. It's made right. It tastes right and the staff are usually pretty friendly so no complaints from me. Five star deserved“

“Honestly, I have never had a bad experience at a Zaxby's. Other than the occasional wrong order which is bound to happen anywhere. Food has always been good, never had an issue with getting food fixed that's wrong, pretty much always clean.“

BTW the pizza here at this hut is usually way better than the others including ones I order at out of town.. when we order and pay extra for extra cheese, this pizza hut delivers. Toppings are usually heavy but tonight they were really perfect.. everything was 💯.. delivery person was friendly as well. Job well done!“
