“I ordered a pizza this evening, and due to a miscommunication between my husband and me, our pizza ended up sitting at the restaurant for well over an hour before anyone came to pick it up. Totally our fault. I called to apologize, explain what happened, and check to see if the pizza was still there. They checked and said it was, so I headed over to grab it. When I arrived, a gentleman (I’m assuming the manager) asked if I would like them to remake the pizza. I told him no because the mix-up was completely my fault. He said he wouldn’t be happy paying $25 for a cold pizza and insisted on making us a fresh one. I even offered to pay for the new pizza, but he said, “That’s not the type of business we run.” Within about 10 minutes, they had a fresh pizza ready for me and they still gave me the original one too. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and the situation was entirely on us, but they went out of their way to make sure we left with good quality food. That kind of service really means a lot. “So I was sitting in my car waiting to pick up my child from school and thinking what to do/ or get for dinner when suddenly a papa Johns worker handed me a flyer. Papa Johns does have good pizza and it’s also for my daughters schools fundraising so I was pleased to take a look. I found that there is an option for 2 large specialty pizza for $9.99+tax. I was ecstatic since that is a great deal. So I pick up my child and head to the local papa Johns. Told them what I wanted and then I was told my total. $21.78. I asked how is that possible, the flyer states $9.99+tax. The clerk stated that I need to purchase 2... ummm isn’t that what I did. And then was told it was $9.99 each. So where on the ad does it state that it’s $9.99 each? The other options states it so how can I not get it for $9.99 each? So I pay the $21.78 and is now annoyed and upset. I am hopping that someone will get in contact with me soon before I flip..“

“Just said to my wife, how about I run out to Anthony's for a Sicilian Pie at halftime. Her eyes lit up, Sicilian Pie it is. I can't think of anything that would be better than their Sicilian this afternoon at halftime. You can't go wrong!!! I have never been disappointed with their food. Garlic knots kick butt also! “This evening my family went here for dinner. The hostess says you can sit wherever you want. We grab a seat and look to see what we are going to order. A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. “I can’t say enough good things about our experiences at Chuck E. Cheese! We’ve been bringing our toddler since she was about 12 months old, and it has become one of our favorite family outings. Highly recommend getting the monthly membership!

The facility is always clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms, which is something I really appreciate with a little one. The food comes out quickly, tastes fresh, and all of the games have consistently been in working order.

The staff is friendly, patient, and always willing to help, making every visit enjoyable from start to finish. There are plenty of games for kids of all ages, and even the adults have fun joining in.

“Ate here tonight with my son and we will definitely be coming back!! Everything is homemade and it shows!! From the garlic Parmesan wings with chunks of fresh cut garlic drenching perfectly cooked (crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside) wing, to the chicken and homemade sauce on the chicken parm, everything was incredible!! The ranch and Caesar dressing are house made to perfection, and the Philly pizza was to die for! We left super stuffed with leftovers and that’s saying a lot with a teenage boy! I can’t vouch for the cannolis yet because I’m too full to try them but they look amazing and I am definitely looking forward to trying them later tonight! Tammy and Jaden were very attentive, friendly and super sweet too! My only regret is not trying this place sooner!!!“

The crust edge took over almost
Half of the pepperoni side of our pizza. Don’t know if they were in a rush or just careless.

So better please. I don’t eat the crust especially when there is nothing in it. What a waste of good dough.“

We went back for a second time with a coupon that we thought was for that Marco’s. The manager was so nice and honored the coupon. Even though it wasn’t theirs. The savings was nice, but the customer service is what has won us over as a strictly Marco’s Pizza family now. During times like this it is nice to know you are valued as a customer! After waiting in the car line for 20 minutes, I received a lukewarm pizza with sparsely arranged toppings that I had paid extra for. Once I reheated it in the oven, it wasn't bad. The Woodruff Rd store really needs to step it up...there is a reason why we order online, and it's not to wait in a 20 minute car line.“
