“I ordered a pizza this evening, and due to a miscommunication between my husband and me, our pizza ended up sitting at the restaurant for well over an hour before anyone came to pick it up. Totally our fault. I called to apologize, explain what happened, and check to see if the pizza was still there. They checked and said it was, so I headed over to grab it. When I arrived, a gentleman (I’m assuming the manager) asked if I would like them to remake the pizza. I told him no because the mix-up was completely my fault. He said he wouldn’t be happy paying $25 for a cold pizza and insisted on making us a fresh one. I even offered to pay for the new pizza, but he said, “That’s not the type of business we run.” Within about 10 minutes, they had a fresh pizza ready for me and they still gave me the original one too. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and the situation was entirely on us, but they went out of their way to make sure we left with good quality food. That kind of service really means a lot. “So I was sitting in my car waiting to pick up my child from school and thinking what to do/ or get for dinner when suddenly a papa Johns worker handed me a flyer. Papa Johns does have good pizza and it’s also for my daughters schools fundraising so I was pleased to take a look. I found that there is an option for 2 large specialty pizza for $9.99+tax. I was ecstatic since that is a great deal. So I pick up my child and head to the local papa Johns. Told them what I wanted and then I was told my total. $21.78. I asked how is that possible, the flyer states $9.99+tax. The clerk stated that I need to purchase 2... ummm isn’t that what I did. And then was told it was $9.99 each. So where on the ad does it state that it’s $9.99 each? The other options states it so how can I not get it for $9.99 each? So I pay the $21.78 and is now annoyed and upset. I am hopping that someone will get in contact with me soon before I flip..“

“Just said to my wife, how about I run out to Anthony's for a Sicilian Pie at halftime. Her eyes lit up, Sicilian Pie it is. I can't think of anything that would be better than their Sicilian this afternoon at halftime. You can't go wrong!!! I have never been disappointed with their food. Garlic knots kick butt also! “I ordered my pizza at 524p and available for pick-up at 630p. When I got there, I waited about 5 minutes to finish my salad, but I think they should have focused on finishing my pizza crust. They did show it to me and on top, it looked good. Got home after a shirt drive, and the dough was completely raw. It stuck to the box. it wasn't cooked at all except the outer crust.“

A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. “In all transparency we have avoided ordering from here because of some reviews but decided to give them a try. Other than the long wait time 45min - 1 hour, the pizza was amazing! The lady working the cash register was very nice and apologized for the long wait times which was no big deal because she told me when I placed the order. The size of the pizza was incredible especially for the daily special price of $20 for a 20” with 2 toppings!! The crisp on the crust was absolutely perfect! “The location in Spartanburg was so clean. The bathroom, tables and play area were also. The salad bar was full and clean. The pizza was hot and filling we had the personal pizza they are higher than other places but it was good. They have added a obstacle course for 12.00 the kids can play and jump as long as they want it is well worth the price. We went around 2 the kids had the run of the place it wasn't busy. It was so much fun and the staff are wonderful they answered all our questions and made sure the kids had a fun time. We will be going again this week. You will have a fun time at this location.“

So I usually go to this one in Duncan and I've ordered here about 10-15 times now and honestly I've had zero issues. It's made right. “Ate here tonight with my son and we will definitely be coming back!! Everything is homemade and it shows!! From the garlic Parmesan wings with chunks of fresh cut garlic drenching perfectly cooked (crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside) wing, to the chicken and homemade sauce on the chicken parm, everything was incredible!! The ranch and Caesar dressing are house made to perfection, and the Philly pizza was to die for! We left super stuffed with leftovers and that’s saying a lot with a teenage boy! I can’t vouch for the cannolis yet because I’m too full to try them but they look amazing and I am definitely looking forward to trying them later tonight! “We have recently tried Marco’s for the first time. The pizza was delicious, crust was perfect and the price was great. We went back for a second time with a coupon that we thought was for that Marco’s. The manager was so nice and honored the coupon. Even though it wasn’t theirs. The savings was nice, but the customer service is what has won us over as a strictly Marco’s Pizza family now. During times like this it is nice to know you are valued as a customer!
