The app said my was ready head to the store, I get there and went to drive thru window and was ask to pull around my pizza still had 2 minutes. We pull around and after 10 minutes of waiting I went inside to get my food. At first I was ignored, then told my food would be right up. 15 more minutes go by before I ever get my food. contact customer service and still no response after 4 days. Shut this place down until It gets staff
Just want to let #pizzahut in Boiling Springs know what you are letting out of your restaurant. I’m highly disappointed in our burnt pizzas tonight. This is unacceptable and has made our kids fun movie night into a pb&j movie night. #notfun #burntpizzastinks
