The pleasure of meeting the manager on duty Ms. Cher
Cajun chicken biscuits are the best!!! Last time I went they had a special that included a coffee for free. Service is always friendly. Sometimes there a little wait and other time there’s not. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food.

Bojangles is a restaurant dedicated to providing good service. Customers are greeted by a clean exterior when they arrive. Inside, the staff is friendly and polite, with the night shift being especially helpful and informative. They serve smiles along with fresh food. The drive-thru uses an AI program that helps speed up the line by answering questions and correctly taking orders. The restaurant stayed open after the hurricane, with staff managing long lines and cranky customers, serving hot meals during a power outage. The dining area is clean, and everything is well stocked. The spacious parking lot is convenient for visitors. While the food at Bojangles is tasty, the service at the register can sometimes be inconsistent, and the bathroom has been reported as in poor condition. However, the staff's effort to fix mistakes shows good customer service. Recent reviews mention that biscuits are big and better than other places, especially when extra butter is added to prevent dryness. One customer noted that the food was good, but experienced delays and poor customer service, with missing fries and a disappointing visit. Overall, Bojangles offers fresh meals with friendly staff, but some areas like service consistency and bathroom cleanliness could improve.
