“We love Pizza Factory! It reminds me of an old Pizza Hut building with the salad bar and all. The service is great and so is the food. I love that they load on the toppings and have tons of cheese on their pizzas. My daughter has had the ravioli and really likes it, but I can only comment on the pizza. Give it a try!“
“I love this place and I know Covid took its toll but the owner is starting to make the kind of decisions that push people away and I fear customers will stop coming. They stopped offering a salad with the meal so now the price is the same but you pay to have a salad added. I asked for crackers with my $13 salad and was told they only order 1 box every two weeks and they didn’t have any blaming it on the supply chain. I am a supply chain executive and that’s bogus. Even if it’s true “go to Costco and buy some to keep your customers happy”. Oh, and that half container of salad dressing for that large salad you brought me don’t tell me I’m only supposed to get one. Either fill the container or bring me two. Raise the price a little if needed but you keep making these tacky decisions and you’ll be out of business. I say this out of love because I come here often.“
“Great NY style pizza, and authentic Buffalo Wings. The owner happened to stop in while we were there and brought us 2 meatballs to try - Awesome! Oh, and we also split the Beef on Weck, which was also a true Buffalo, NY sandwich. We'll definitely be back!“
“They make the pudgier pizzas and they're pretty good. The price is spot and the pizzas usually aren't too greasy. They've got great topping density on their pizzas and picking up our pizzas was really painless and spot on time wise. I will say their detriot style is pretty meh.“
“My mother and I came to visit family and decided to order pizza for lunch. Shortly after the order was placed, I got a phone call from Domino's saying the pizza was done but not cut properly when boxed so they are making a fresh pizza for us. I love how they communicated and are very prompt! I'm from Darlington, SC and they are not good, often get my pizza cold, I have to wait up to 3 hours for them to deliver, and they always fail to bring all the items I order and my order is always missing something. I AM SUPER IMPRESSED WITH THIS DOMINOS IN GREENVILLE AND WILL BE BACK! Thank you for all your hard work and your customers do notice.“
“You must have patients dealing with this store. No one ever answers the phone, then sometimes you can pick up your order in store other time the door is locked and drive thru has a line in the road. I’ve been buying my pizzas from them once a week for years. Sometimes the customer service is excellent and the next week it’s not. It’s the lack of consistency for me and the food is messed up sometimes too. I love the pizza but hate the service.“
“Absolutely and easily the best pizza I’ve had in Greenville. Met the owner this afternoon, he was nice enough to introduce himself, and speak a little bit about pizza. I ordered the “ Rosalita “, and there’s not a single thing about this perfect pie that I would change.“

There was a little bit of a wait when we went, so we had a drink at the bar while waiting for our table. Every employee we encountered was super friendly. The restaurant has a nice, but casual vibe.“
“Came in on a Monday night for dinner and was seated right away. We had top-notch service. Everything was so good. The bread they bring out to you with your drinks was so good I would pay for it. The pizza was very good. The crust was crunchy on the bottom and soft on the top. The dough for the Calzone was very good if it's not homemade, then hot dang. Where can I get some? The pizza and Calzone were made in the brick oven, so that's why they were extra yummy. I would recommend giving them a try. I know we'll be back.“
“Went and picked up for my girlfriend, and I have to say it was delicious, one of the pizza choices had plantains and it was seet and deliouce the other had some amazing chorizo sausage on it l! Definitely will be ordering from here again! Great little hidden gem!“
