The food is not good any more. The last two times I’ve eaten there the chicken was dry. The toast was burned! The service is good but Will go to another Zaby’s next time.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a mixed experience. On a Monday evening after 5:00 p.m., there was no wait and the food was delicious. The employees are always so nice and ask how the day has been, always with a smile, and the food is always good. It is always a pleasure for trips after kids sports games, with great food and great service. A newest obsession is the cheese cake bites, the egg rolls with sweet and spicy sauce and the buffalo shrimp. However, service sometimes seemed like they didn't care. The wings were small and very overpriced. It was a bummer when a salad order was missing a fork, forcing a person to eat with fingers. Also, the food quality in the zalads has gone down rapidly; the salad looked terrible, was inconsistent, and the ranch was never enough, tasting like a dry salad seasoned with only grease. The food now is like a 3 out of 10.
