This establishment needs a staff overhaul. The personnel here are the most incompetent, unprofessional, uncouth people I have ever met. I walked up to the store and they had two signs saying that the lobby was closed. I went through the drive through and they said I had to go through the drive through side door....like who does that! Went through drive thru to get my daughter something to eat. Was immediately put on hold. Lady came back with an attitude and asked.e what I wanted. I ordered the 2 piece special. I asked for Mac and Cheese instead of mashed potatoes and gravy. I always ask for the Mac and Cheese because my daughter can't have potatoes and there's never been an issue with that. Til tonight. Went right after church looking forward to eating some chicken liver. They did not taste good. Need to be cook longer. My Daughter ordered chicken strips. They were delicious. I ordered a crispy thigh but received an original thigh they I didn't want. Hopefully next time it want be like that!!! ??♀️??♀️
