“Visiting Greenville for one night and needed a place to eat that we could walk from the hotel. After seeing reviews and asking about SBH BBQ, we went for dinner and were not disappointed. The Sweaty Pig sandwich was delicious and very filling. The chicken nachos had tons of toppings and were very flavorful. We also tried the briscuit/Mac n cheese egg roll and the sweet potato crunch. Again, delicious. April, our server, and Brock, the manager, were friendly and fun to talk to. From the time we walked in the door, we felt very welcome. If you get the chance to visit SBH, don’t miss out!“

“We have been going since the 90s. The food is always fresh and the service is always perfect. We celebrated a birthday yesterday (9/21/26) and our server was on point. He didn't miss a thing! He made the birthday girl's night. The only reasn I'm taking off a star is because the table was so small. It would've been better for 4 people instead of 6. It certainly wasn't a deal breaker.
It always feels like going home for a wonderful meal. They are very dear to our family.

“The food at Kairos is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, tonight while making my pita, the person who was helping me wiped his hands on his shirt and then didn’t change his gloves. I didn’t want to say anything because I felt uncomfortable and there were other customers in line, but I wish he would have changed his gloves. I’m hoping his shirt was clean and had been washed recently, especially with all the sickness that’s going around. I will eat at Kairos again, but hopefully this will be discussed with the employees.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Southern Palate Catering. We used their services for our wedding in April 2022. Most of the compliments we received from the wedding were about the food! We worked with Denise, the chef and owner of Southern Palate. She always got back to me promptly and was always willing to meet with me face to face anytime I needed during the planning process. My husband and I always dreamed of having Mexican food at our wedding. Denise already had an option on the catering menu for Mexican stations and it was just what we were looking for! They homemake everything, even the tortilla chips (which were amazing), and were able to accommodate my gluten allergy with anything I wanted. Denise made sure all of her employees knew I was gluten free and they served me and my husband the whole night so that we didn’t have to worry about taking the time to get our own food. They even packed us a to go box full of every food item at the wedding so that we were able to eat at our hotel after. They took all the stress off of us on our special day and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend using them for any event and I will definitely be using them for any catering needs in the future.“

“My Husband and I just popped into Peggys Diner on our way to NC. We were greeted by a very funny gentleman who made me laugh and invited us to sit wherever we liked. The very sweet server greeted us and we placed our order which was the special of the day. The fried chicken 🍗 and hushpupies were delicious and flavorful!! My Husband had the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes 🥔 and it was really wonderful and delicious. “The food tastes great and the atmosphere is so cozy!!! Only thing is I ordered the Hash Bowl with extra seasoning and over easy eggs. The eggs were more cooked than over easy, more like over hard and when i asked for extra seasoning, there was NO seasoning on my bowl :( also barely any goat cheese so sad
