“Normally I’m RAVING about this restaurant. The food is always tasty and fresh but today ordered the calabash shrimp. Frankly it taste great but it’s not even popcorn shrimp. The shrimp is so small it’s mostly breading. As a matter of fact most of the “shrimp” was literally just breading. As far as anything else I’ve had their I have zero complaints“

“We have dined at L'Incanto several times. Most times at the bar with Aaron taking care of us. He is an absolute pro and always makes our experience memorable. Most recently we dined with friends and had Nataly as our server. She was absolutely awesome and blew us away with her fun personality and overall service.

We had the filet special and sea bass...both were perfect. Cannot recommend the food and drinks and overall service enough. 5 stars and a gem for Greer.“

“It may look like an ordinary restaurant but I assure you, the food is authentic as you can get. The menudo was perfect as well as the carne asada tacos. The horachta was the best I've had. I wish this place was closer to my home because I would be there every weekend.“

“This evening my family went here for dinner. The hostess says you can sit wherever you want. We grab a seat and look to see what we are going to order. A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. I tell you what, we moved right out the door. What a coward manager to have a server do your dirty work. I bet my money spent well elsewhere. I won’t ever go back. Customer service is everything and theirs is 0!!!“

I like the Fiji chicken better / for the shrimp Sakura is better BUT I wish they'd remove the tails. I prefer the rice at Sakura as well. Would be interested in a low carb option, maybe half meat and half vegetables. I tried swapping rice with vegs at Fuji and it was a salty mess... dont get me wrong I love Fujis and was their first customer many years ago in Spartanburg location... Just using to compare / what it would take to get 5 stars. Also, add mushrooms to veg!
