“Chips and Cheese is one of those places that just gets it right—every single time. The service is always friendly and fast, the food is ridiculously tasty, and they’ve got the coldest beer in town. I love that they always have music playing and a salsa bar that takes it to the next level. You even leave smelling like you’ve been somewhere worth it (in the best way). On top of all that? The prices are just as good as the food. Makes it even easier to keep this place in the regular rotation. Big thanks to the team—y’all crush it every time.”

“The Escape Lounge is a great place to wait for a flight. When a flight was delayed for hours, I was grateful to have the opportunity to visit the GSP Escape Lounge. The food was excellent, and there were several special-diet-friendly options! Kerry was an excellent host! Not only is she very friendly and makes any visit more enjoyable, she is so imaginative and creative with her drink recipes.”

The service was out of this world and the staff was so friendly! I wish I'd had time for a sit-down meal but I'll be sure to make time during my next visit. Looking forward to trying more of their menu and seeing what's up with some of those sushi selections. 😁

“I found this coffee shop online on Sat, 12/23/23, when I was searching for one nearby since Buck 'N Brew (Landrum, SC) & Tandem Creperie (Travelers Rest) were both closed. I'm so glad I found this shop! Once I heard from Lori (1 of the owners) that their maple latte was made from maple that was driven down from VT (I'm originally from NH), I decided to try it - SOOOO good! Denis (Lori's hubby) told me their milk was from a nearby farm, so I got that in the latte; it was so smooth! I also ordered a trio berry scone that was yummy! So impressed with this place & the friendliness of the owners! I'll def be back to try the Winterberry drink. MERRY CHRISTMAS & TY!”

“I can’t even stress how DELICIOUS these donuts are!!! By far the best I have ever had and I really love a good donut. ☺️ definitely try the lemon ricotta and Boston cream but you can’t go wrong with any of them! (We tried like 10 different flavors!) worth the trip for sure!!”

Their Italian meals are the best in town, always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The quality is top-notch and you can tell they don’t cut corners. “I ordered a pizza this evening, and due to a miscommunication between my husband and me, our pizza ended up sitting at the restaurant for well over an hour before anyone came to pick it up. Totally our fault. I called to apologize, explain what happened, and check to see if the pizza was still there. They checked and said it was, so I headed over to grab it. When I arrived, a gentleman (I’m assuming the manager) asked if I would like them to remake the pizza. I told him no because the mix-up was completely my fault. He said he wouldn’t be happy paying $25 for a cold pizza and insisted on making us a fresh one. I even offered to pay for the new pizza, but he said, “That’s not the type of business we run.” Within about 10 minutes, they had a fresh pizza ready for me and they still gave me the original one too. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and the situation was entirely on us, but they went out of their way to make sure we left with good quality food. That kind of service really means a lot. “First off, great staff!! They are very friendly, attentive, and accommodating.You are always greeted with a smile. The food is absolutely delicious. I always get at least 2 dozen raw oysters to start with a side of their cheesy grits, that taste like they came from my grandma's kitchen. I've been going there for years and have enjoyed every meal from sushi to steak, to smothered chicken to scallops. The food is phenomenal. Clearly the chefs take pride in every meal they prepared. Delicious food, portioned and priced right. The GBOH never disappoints. The backbone of the operation is Diane & Katie. They are always there and make you feel like family. I live in Florida and when I'm in South Carolina, after stopping to see family, my next stop is GBOH!!! LOVE IT!!”
