Love Cajun Chicken. Love Bojangles. I noticed this trip that the chicken was super crunchy. So crunchy that it wasUncomfortable to take a bite and to chew. I hope this is not a change in recipe. Crispy, crunchy chicken is good as long as it doesn't hurt to chew it!I hope Bojangles ain't trying tofix something that ain't BROKE!
I went twice this week, each time for breakfast. I got 2 different people running the drive through at the window. BOTH were super friendly! Such a nice experience. The man and woman both were happy to be there and made me smile with their southern phrases! Good biscuits and yummy pimento cheese.

Better biscuits than some other bojangles. So soft, no hard burnt bits, steak was deep fried just right. Not hard edges. Only thing was the bo-berries weren't completely done (didn't realize till I got home) . Overall good. My parent's are a part of the Saturday morning elders. They love bojangles.
