I've never had an issues with Bojangles in my 29 years of living, but this morning I ordered a meal and when I got to the window my 3 year ild daughter asked for a pink lemonade and they said they couldnt add on anything due to it slowing them down which Ive never heard of at any drive thru in my life and my daughter was crying. I politely asked them could they for my daughter and they said they couldnt. This is so disgusting and unprofessional. Can u pls reach out to them regarding this issue or I will get my attorney involved pls and my daughter should definitely get something credited back for this. Better biscuits than some other bojangles. So soft, no hard burnt bits, steak was deep fried just right. Not hard edges. Only thing was the bo-berries weren't completely done (didn't realize till I got home) . Overall good. My parent's are a part of the Saturday morning elders. They love bojangles.

One of my favorite breakfast spots in our community. My family can always count on the cajun filet biscuit to get their day started off right. We definitely come here often enough.
This location is arguably one of the worst I have been to. I used to work here in high school, but this place has tanked. I can NEVER order 1 simple 4 piece basket without an error. I’ve never been able to just place an order without a single issue. Management has lost its touch and isn’t worth the visit anymore.

Love Cajun Chicken. Love Bojangles. I noticed this trip that the chicken was super crunchy. So crunchy that it wasUncomfortable to take a bite and to chew. I hope this is not a change in recipe. Crispy, crunchy chicken is good as long as it doesn't hurt to chew it!I hope Bojangles ain't trying tofix something that ain't BROKE!
I went twice this week, each time for breakfast. I got 2 different people running the drive through at the window. BOTH were super friendly! Such a nice experience. The man and woman both were happy to be there and made me smile with their southern phrases! Good biscuits and yummy pimento cheese.
