Ok my review is basically all about Katelyn, the great service she provided, and the amazing drink she made me! I came in today and couldn't figure out what I wanted, so I gave her a few descriptors of things I like. She customized a drink for me that was probably the best coffee I've ever had, all while single handedly working through a long line. She also wrote the recipe down for me so I could order it next time! She was all by herself but managed to whip out drinks SO FAST...read full review

I WOULD NOT BE RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO HERE FOR FRAPPUCIO CAUSE IT'S NOT GONNA BE WAT U WANT IF U WANT GOOD FRAPPUCIO THEN GO TO THE ONE ON THE OTHER END OF WOODRUFF ROAD CAUSE THEY HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND U GET WAT U PAY FOR ??????IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM A 10 ? KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ????

Why does this Starbucks have such a bad rap? Well, two of the reviews are NOT for this Starbucks! This is the one located inside Target, not the freestanding one with a drive thru that's located a block down Woodruff. And another review says it's a Dunkin! Starbucks is too expensive for a 5 Star, but this one is just as consistent as any other Starbucks in the area. I'm giving a solid 4 for consistency of product and pleasantness of the staff.
