Wandering Bard Meadery Reviews
Such a great place to enjoy some mead (or other drinks--cider, beer, soda) and conversation. The owner, Adam, was so kind and happy to geek out over making mead and alcohol laws. It's obvious he's super passionate about his craft! The Dreki Skald and Battle Bard were both so delicious. We'll definitely be back! He also let us bring in outside food and pups are welcome.
Super great mead! My first time trying it and I really enjoyed it. The owner was super friendly and personable. It was nice to see people hanging out, playing games, and even crocheting there.
Great atmosphere! Fantastic mead!

Wandering Bard Meadery is a popular spot with a huge selection of exceptional meads. Visitors can try a flight or two to find their favorite, such as the Carolina Peach Reaper. The staff is friendly, with the owner often available to chat about mead. The atmosphere is cool, with a wall full of medals showcasing the meadery's many awards. The blueberry mead is a fan favorite, and the charcuterie served during events is also well-received. While some may find the presentation and event setup to be a bit rough, the overall experience is highly recommended.
