“Great sandwiches and the guy behind the counter was very friendly. The dining room was extremely clean and pleasant. The sandwiches tasted wonderful and it didn't take long at all. Best Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Definitely going back.“
“Far superior to the downtown location. It feels weird saying that about a place that only does cold subs, but somehow it’s true. I only ever get delivery, cause it’s one of the few places that have their own delivery service instead of the price gouging delivery apps, and the sandwiches are just better from Augusta St. I realize it’s not a Michelin starred restaurant, I just expect you to make a sandwich like you would eat if you made it for yourself. Don’t apply mayonnaise with an ice cream scoop, and attempt to get the majority of the items inside the bread. Never had a bad one from here, but downtown is a 50/50 gamble at best.“
“I just placed an order today (4/19/23) and there were only 2 people working - one woman in the store and one delivery person. They were both so kind and friendly even though it was VERY busy for them. I want to call out how pleasant they were and give them kudos for being awesome even while short staffed tonight. “Solid location, and solid team members. Placed an order online and it was ready by promised time. Everything was correct. Food was really good. I ordered the new Cajun kickin chicken and my ONLY complaint is I wish the chicken was warmed up rather than cold. I was thinking it would be grilled chunked chicken rather than cold & shredded (maybe I could have requested it to be warmed) but I can't really complain!!!Pleanty of parking, handicap parking and accessible enterence as well as tables.“
