Placed an online order before peak lunch time on a Saturday. I put the order in while we were still at least 10 minutes away from the store and when we arrived, it wasn't ready (not a huge deal) but I already knew it wouldn't be ready for a long time when I saw that there was only one person working. We finally got our sandwiches 40 minutes after the order was placed and realized they forgot one of our items. The sandwiches were overall good, but this location was disappointing...read full review
I live pretty close and it took an hour for my food to be delivered. The food was decent, but I wish they wouldn’t offer delivery as an option if they’re short staffed during peak hours. I probably won’t order from here again.

The employees do not give a F about you at this location. No customer service whatsoever. It takes forever to get them to make a sub I completely understand waiting if it’s busy and there is a line of tickets on the work station-100% that is okay…but good lord people. Try to care a little bit. This is my 10-12 time going to this location bc it’s convenient, but I for sure will try not to go to this place anymore.
