My office is literally 5 minutes from this location. The two times I have ordered from this location due to not being able to leave for lunch for staffing issues - it immediately notified me the order was out for delivery but each time it has taken an HOUR or more to arrive! Incredibly frustrating. When you call to check to make sure they weren’t having trouble finding the office, the excuse is we had a lot of orders to deliver give it 15 more minutes. Freaky fast is definitely not the motto here.

Sandwhich maker there one minute gone the next. Came back and apologized. Yikes! If you need a potty break, take it. OMG. People can wait just excuse yourself. Out of hoagie rolls, JJ had just the wheat bread and wraps of which the bread was already sitting on the counter top with mayo on it when we arrived never thinking that was ultimately my sandwhich. She hurriedly made up our order and never gave us the opportunity to ask for mayo, oil, vinegar, lettuce, tomato, etc. Ice machine glitch sprang into action periodically gushing ice out all over the machine and floor. Another customer got her soda, stepped around the ice mounds and sat down. Must be me I thought entire scene stranger than fiction. Asked worker why she didn't put a large container or something under the spout to catch the ice. She didn't seem concerned. Hubby and I age in the 70's, cautious of a slip and fall. Huge liability, JJ. Food was terrible. Left a nice tip anyway. Poor management not the worker's fault. Total spent $25.00 gift card from our son. One regular JJ sandwhich and one wrap no chips, no drinks. Prices increase, quality decreases. Unacceptable.

They told us it would 30 minutes because they had a catering order they had to get done. The lack of planning to be able to serve customers was insane. Not a good way to make people want to come back. Should plan ahead better when you have a large catering order.

The employees do not give a F about you at this location. No customer service whatsoever. It takes forever to get them to make a sub I completely understand waiting if it’s busy and there is a line of tickets on the work station-100% that is okay…but good lord people. Try to care a little bit. This is my 10-12 time going to this location bc it’s convenient, but I for sure will try not to go to this place anymore.

Placed an online order before peak lunch time on a Saturday. I put the order in while we were still at least 10 minutes away from the store and when we arrived, it wasn't ready (not a huge deal) but I already knew it wouldn't be ready for a long time when I saw that there was only one person working. We finally got our sandwiches 40 minutes after the order was placed and realized they forgot one of our items. The sandwiches were overall good, but this location was disappointing due to an extremely long wait and not enough staff. If you want JJ, go to a different location.

I live pretty close and it took an hour for my food to be delivered. The food was decent, but I wish they wouldn’t offer delivery as an option if they’re short staffed during peak hours. I probably won’t order from here again.

Ordered a delivery order & after 15/20 minutes the stores calls me back to say they can’t deliver when they’ve delivered to this address multiple times before , the general manger got on the phone & was rude & very unprofessional , I will now be contacting corporate on this store for the inconvenience and how I was treated because of their mistake.

On 8/22/23 I went to this location to pick up a catering order I had placed the day before. I pulled into a public parallel parking spot in front of the store. A jimmy johns employee started a verbal altercation with me over this parking spot! She claimed the parking spot was hers and demanded that I move! She even went as far as to get the police involved! A police officer came inside the store to talk to me! Of course it was a waste of the police officers time because I crime had not been committed! The assistant store manger said employees do not have assigned parking and that the employee was on break. I am upset about being verbally attacked by this employee! I have reached out to Jimmy John’s corporate office as well as this specific store location! Absolutely nothing has been done about the store employee causing a altercation with me over a parking spot that I was going to be in for a total of 5 minutes! FYI do not visit this store location because they don’t care that their store employees harass and verbally assault their customers!Parking: It is very difficult to find a parking spot close to the store! But don’t park in the spot directly in front of the store because you will get verbally attacked a store employee and she’ll call the police on you for parking in a public parking spot!!

8/6/23 2:23PM - Terrible Management, manager needs training or to move on to a new career.I ordered a sub with some add ons, when I got home they weren’t on the sub, so I called ,and the manager told me she doesn’t make mistakes. What, So I am lying? Ok so I’ll send photos.. she says I need to drive it back to show her. I told her I’m not wasting 30min of my time for a $7 sub please refund it. I asked for her name, to which she asked “why does that matter”, I said so I can call corporate to discuss this. She said ‘I’m not helping you now, and hung up’. For the record, I added photos of the sub with all the add ons that the lady that doesn’t make mistakes put on there for me.Good job Jimmy John’s. If this is how your management functions than I have no problem letting the world know that this young female manager that worked on this Sunday SUCKS. And she’s ignorant and rude.

Sandwich was good but they need to be more organized with the service. It's busy during lunchtime with take out orders and walk in customers so a dedicated cashier would make things flow better and keep orders from getting mixed
